“We visited Sicily’s today and it was delicious! I was impressed by the sour dough. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. A man walked around checking on us so I told him I saw a review of the restaurant and had to bring my husband for his birthday. A little later he called my son over to the register where he gave him some cookies for the birthday boy. He also showed us his started sour dough which was 8 years old. So cool! The pizza, bread, Greek salad, and meatballs were great!“

“The pizza is AMAZING! I think I can easily say this is the best Detroit style pizza I have ever had. I first discovered them at pop up they had near Campus Martius, but finally got to go to their new home on Holden. The interior is pretty small, so not best for big groups but a date night or for a party of two is just fine. I wish it was closer to me so I could get take out. We got the Packard Pepperoni and the Mclovin pizza. Both were excellent, I loved the origniality of the Mclovin which was a nod to like a big mac. Anytime I can go again, I definitely will be. Check out this gem if you want to really know what Detroit style pizza is like.“

“The girl at the register is very nice and pleasant on the phone. The pizza was fantastic but the menu online needs to be updated. Every pizza on the list increased 35-45% in price which equates to $6-7 extra per pizza. The large cheese pizza is $19 not $13 the pepperoni is $22 not $15.“

“Delicious Comeback!
This was my second time trying Zizo’s Pizza, and I have to say — it completely won me over this time. While my first visit was just okay, this time everything really hit the spot. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, the sauce was flavorful without being overpowering, and the cheese… absolutely melty and delicious. You can tell they put care into making each pizza fresh and tasty.

I’m really glad I gave them another shot — Zizo’s has definitely stepped it up, and I’ll be back again soon!“

“We had a rehearsal dinner for 40 people at Sheilds in Detroit and it was the best experience ever! The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was great and the staff were so awesome!!! When we got there everything was set up for us and they were very welcoming. The manager Jason was great, and had everything running smoothly. The wait staff…shout out to L & D we’re phenomenal! They were right there with refills, smiles, jokes and anything you needed. They made the experience so wonderful!!! “Went here for about three hours on my first visit to Detroit with my fiancé. She grew up on this place. I have traveled the world and believe this is the best pizza I have ever had. Also, their sandwiches are incredible Ashleigh the bartender was so cool and fun to interact with as were the rest of the patrons that were there.

When I was in last week, there was an Uber Eats driver picking food up, but being really rude. He tried to take stuff out of their cooler and walk out without paying for it. Dude was causing a big scene like he was allowed to steal, and the owner was not losing their crap on 'em. Good on them, it has to be hard keeping your cool in that situation.“

We needed a large last minute catering order due to another local store not having our order when we went to pick it up and family was arriving in minutes for our sons first birthday party!
