“Best customer service ever! I placed an online order, but when I got home, it wasn't the pizza I ordered. I called back and Deza told me she would talk to the manager and get me the pizza I ordered. Once I arrived, I spoke with the manager Andrea, and we found there was a mix up online. However, she was kind enough to make the pizza I ordered originally. I order from this location all the time! It was great to see they appreciate their customer's. The rest of the staff was also friendly. This act of appreciation, definitely kept me as a customer!!“

The M&T gentleman at the front was kind enough to offer us a soon to be ready cheese pizza! It was either cheese or pepperoni which was perfect because I love a nice and simple cheese pizza. We just needed a quick snack, a girl lunch so we asked for one slice, split in half. I dropped tomato sauce all over my pants biting into it...it was worth it. The stain and the almost missed flight ☺.“

We needed a large last minute catering order due to another local store not having our order when we went to pick it up and family was arriving in minutes for our sons first birthday party! Sarokis staff was so friendly, accommodating and provided excellent food! Our 50 piece order ready very quickly! “We held a small bridal shower today at the Troy location. We, as organizers live several hours from Troy so had to make arrangements over the phone and sigh unseen. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and welcoming appearance. Rick was wonderful in assisting in every way possible, table set up, reducing the music in the back room, refreshing beverages and more. The food was excellent. And the prices very reasonable. “My experience was fantastic!! Being the first time here. We went for a late lunch early dinner... The bartender was our waitress. I've been to other places where we have been served by the bartender that only cared about the regulars. She was awesome and very attentive. My dirty martini was on point! The burgers are huge and delicious. Brussel sprout app was delicious! Great onion rings. We will definitely be back!“
