“The two ladies were nervous because of my god like beauty and my presence made them fumble their words. A loss of words you would say. But, other than that, the sprite dispenser worked but also got sprite all over my hand. It needs to be fixed probably. Minor inconvenience.“

The new guy I was told as his female team member stopped to thank me for my patience (because I had already been standing waiting in an empty dining area for my order for awhile). She explained he was new and working on my order after she moved it from the working line to his half stocked line on her way out to have a smoke/vape (Yes I saw). None of the above would have bothered me until I saw that. After he found the stuff he needed for the line my food turned out great! Thanks man.

“Tonight my family drove up from Hudsonville and went out to dinner with my dad for the first time since my mom passed away a few month ago. Amanda seated us after informing us that the heat wasn’t working and we still wanted to stay and dine in. She was so kind she even brought out two of her personal blankets for my daughters ages 6 and 3. We asked if they happened to have hot chocolate and she said “no, but that would be perfect with this cold weather” She then went out to her car and came back with two packs of hot chocolate mix from her car for my girls. All of the food was great. But Amanda was not only the greatest server we have ever had, but she was just a kind and thoughtful woman in general. She gave our family the greatest dining experience we ever had, full of joy and laughter, on a day that we were all missing my moms presence. If Amanda herself ever gets to read this, Thank you. Thank you for being so kind and thoughtful. The world needs more people like you.❤️“

“I would like to say this place is amazing when the manager Carie is working. The food is always on point and fresh, the employees are always nice and happy bunch of smiling faces. My order is never wrong and let me tell you she makes the best ice coffee. The store is always clean as well as outside. I believe she deserves a pay raise for an amazing job well done!!“

“Randi was super friendly, and didn't show any frustration when I changed my mind in the middle of my order. She smiled and made me feel like I was her priority. The gal that rang me up (Angie) was just as friendly, and even invited me to come back soon. Since I didn't get a receipt to do Subways survey, I wanted to get on here and make it known just how amazing the customer service at this Subway truly is. A couple of diamonds in the rough, in this crazy world we live in! I highly recommend stopping in to see for yourself.“
