“I would've given 5 stars but that honey mustard sauce they use is awful. I don't know why they stopped using the krispy krunchy honey mustard. But the one they have looks homemade and watered down and taste worse. But the food is great!“

“First time using the app. I just got my food at 11:52 AM. The store is extremely clean and it’s empty. I do agree with the reviews I that they need to learn the English language. I was trying to ask him, when you order on the app yall don’t get the food ready so that when Customer gets here they can grab the food and go and he never answered the question because he couldn’t understand what I was asking. What’s the purpose of ordering on the app when you get there and the ticket is just sitting there and the store is empty no customers and you have to wait for your food to get ready.“

“I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at Royal Chicken last night was so impressive that I had to share it. I needed a last-minute family platter for some guests, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Not only were they understanding and helpful, but the owner personally took charge of preparing the food. He was so kind and even helped me carry everything to the car, which I truly appreciated.

The food was absolutely fantastic — some of the best I’ve had. My guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was. If you’re looking for great service and amazing food, I highly recommend Royal Chicken. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Ordered through Doordash at 10PM on Christmas evening! What a lifesaver. Dark meat chicken is so good. Lightly breaded (if any breading at all). The skin is very crispy and tasty. Ate it with pickled jalapeno and fried pickles. Reasonable price.“

“Just wanted to share the experience I just had at Flings Fried Chicken For some reason I had a huge craving for their taters I haven't been there since I was in grade school. So I decided before work to go grab my mom and family some food . Of course i forgot my wallet 🥴🥴 and it's a 60+ dollar order. I panicked , asked if he accepted e-transfer .. anything I live in Tecumseh so going home and grabbing my wallet and making it back on time for work in 30 mins was just not an option .. I went back to my car to call my mom to have her come meet us and the owner came out to offer me to take the food with the promise I would come back .. someone who's never met me, just recognize that obviously I was stressing out and having my 3-year-old daughter with me. I talked to him briefly about business and how he recently took over from the previous owner of 30+ years, We talked about being parents and how 2-3 year olds are so much fun lol. “Pros: The wait wasn't too long and the food was hot & fresh. The guy working the register was nice (I didn't run into the older crabby female many of the comments are talking about).
Cons: My only critique is that the size of the drumsticks and thighs are too small for the price. The wings from Buffalo Wild Wings have similar amount of meat as the drumsticks and thighs I got from Chicken Shack. ?“

“Pollo Chapin is a fantastic little lunch or dinner spot in Southwest Detroit. If you're expecting traditional Guatemalan food, there are a few staples like tamales on the menu, but the real star here is the fried chicken. The chicken was cooked fresh and was absolute crispy and delicious perfection. The side dishes range from french fries, to salads, to black beans, all of which are enjoyable. While I waited for my meal, the restaurant also provided a cup of flavorful chicken noodle soup, that puts the typical bland versions of the dish to complete shame.Worth noting that the restaurant has it's own parking lot and the dining room, while small, had several four-top tables for seating.“

“Now I have been going to these KKC places but this one has them beat, I just found my chicken spot , the main reason I was going was they have fried corn on cob and being from the south I was missing it. But I found it, if only they would make a restaurant, but theses little snack spots are still good. It's in a citco station on Jefferson, find it trust you will like it“

“David the manager is great, I made an order, but had to change it last minute, because I was having more people than I expected at my house for dinner. David changed my order with no issues and told me it would be about another 8 minute wait. I said "No problem" because I understand I made the change of order. While waiting I sat and listened to the crew talking and communicating orders and a little personal talk, the communication between employees was nice and not offensive, which I find rare waiting for orders at food places these days. My food was piping hot when I got it and I had a really good experience at this location. The workers are great and work very well as a team to make sure customers get there orders right and with quality.“

“Ordered 50 wings for my housewarming party. The chicken was so good! We had to order 100 more! All of my guests wanted to know where I got the chicken. “The place meeds better cooling for the workers. It was hot in there. I say great work by them considering the temperature. They deserve raises. The cashier and cooks are fast and the food was great. Best locations are in Royal Oak. 11 mile and the one on woodward. Both great. Not Southfield.“

“The food at KFC is very yummy. I even went there today! I get chicken tenders, French fries, Mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and corn. My brother there gets everything I get, but he gets something I don’t get—a biscuit which he thinks is very yummy! My favorite foods there is the chicken tenders, mac & cheese, and I really really love the French fries there. I also have KFC Barbecue Sauce in my fridge from the first time I got KFC which was ordered to my house from DoorDash which was on July 27, 2024. Also, when I went to KFC today, the water with ice there was very good. I love KFC so much. Thank you!!“

“The food here was good. My waffle was sweet without the syrup. The chicken was seasoned and fried to perfection. The Mac and cheese was cheesy. Now the greens was the downfall, they tasted like glory greens and the were super salty. Other than that, I give this place an 8/10. I'm definitely going back for the waffle and chicken“
