We had a small issue with our order, and she handled it graciously, ensuring everything was corrected promptly and with a smile. Throughout our visit, she checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything and even asked how our food was. It's rare to find such genuine customer service, and Step truly went above and beyond. This location is lucky to have her! Highly recommend stopping by for a great experience.“
