“Back in town and couldn’t wait for dinner at the Social Sloth Cafe and Catering in Okemos. 😋 They make the absolute best chicken in town and top it with their homemade dressing. You can order it with rice or make a “keto bowl” over top of a green salad. I matched it with my favorite caramel latte to warm the soul on this cold windy day. ☕️ +10/10 and you’re missing out if you haven’t stopped in lately!“

“We were thrilled to hear that Village offers several dye free hand dipped ice cream flavors, including Simply Supercow. It is hard to find dye free “Superman” ice cream. There’s no refined sugar, she used coconut milk (no water or ice to dilute it) and she had all the information on a laminated menu if you needed all the ingredients for food allergies or preferences. It was DELICIOUS!! Well priced for the quality! And the owner was the sweetest person 💕 10/10 recommend and I’ll be there again!“

“Locals are so happy to have Angela's downtown!!! Their menu items can easily be modified to accommodate diet restrictions or vegan/vegetarian diets, (which is so hard to find), and the substitution recommendations are wonderful! I will be eating here several morning a week.“

“Awesome food wonderful Asian cuisine with a new Asian food experience for my family and I. Very large sharable portions and nothing was over $18.50; Most items were priced between $10-$15.The only minor mishap we had was our waiter did not speak hardly any English so our questions could not be answered about the new foods we wanted to try. Luckily the online menu shows pictures of all their dishes and we had our phones so we could google everything to understand what the dishes were. The waiter was very nice though and did his best he could and we greatly appreciated it. The food was excellent and we will definitely be back again!!!!!

All staff I encountered and the owner were super nice, there was a nice selection of hot food and snacks, the prices were reasonable, and the portions were generous. I will definitely be back again. Hopefully, I can leave early enough to stop in for breakfast before work one of these days!“

“Lovely little coffee shop! I enjoy their Westside location and am so glad to have a spot on the Eastside that is more convenient for me. The space is bright and welcoming, the baristas have always been friendly and helpful, and the staff has been very accommodating of my service dog and I. They even asked and provided him with a pup cup during our last visit! (To be clear, they are not a pet friendly business and only allow service animals per the ADA.) I typically order tea, though they have a nice selection of coffees and pastries as well. My only critique is that I wish they had more cozy, lounge-type seating, since right now they have mostly desks (although with plenty of outlets for online work). We've been here a few times already since they opened the Okemos location and will continue to visit often!“

“We ordered my son’s birthday cake from sweet encounter - he is gluten free and I was so happy to find a bakery that provided an amazing cake for him! “Panera food is all the same usually but I asked for extra say e on my sandwich and I didn't get that. The survive was slow bur they were busy so not bad and the business building atmosphere is a strange one to be sure it's very busy so I wouldn't recommend studying but at off times if perfect I especially like the chairs by the window

Vegetarian options: The tomato soup is very good. I also like the medatranian sandwich, and the grilled cheese is always very good. If they have 10 vegetable soup, 100% get it!!! It's one of the best things they've had on their menu.“

“I wish bigbys had more seating that is more secluded. There's often a lot of people sitting inside, and it gets very loud and difficult to have a conversation with someone. People meet here for business, which is great, but they need more private seating or a way to make it not so loud. They have tables crowded together to fit more people in, but it's hard to speak and focus when a table 3 feet away is talking and their voices are loud because of acoustics or something.“

“I've been stopping in here for 4 years now. I pass 2 Biggbys and a Starbucks, but I've always stayed loyal to this branch. Staff are always in a great mood, positive vibe in the store too. Always clean and I don't think they've ever been out of a drink I've asked for either. While the faces have changed a little in my time visiting here,the new ones are always just as kind and sincere as the last. I also visit this one mostly upon open,but am known to stop in at random times during the day if I need an extra " fix " to get me home.“

Even when my close colleague was lying on the floor she continued to provide great assistance by gathering both waters and mozzarella sticks (10/10) for him. I have since chosen her as my godmother for my 2nd oldest and she has continued to provide amazing service for us all!“

“I stopped in on Monday this week to get myself a coffee and hot chocolates for my 2 little girls. The second we got back to the car, my one daughter spilled her entire drink all over in the car. I went back in to buy another one, but they replaced it for free and gave me a whole roll of paper towels to clean up my car. Excellent customer service. Thanks ladies!“
