“Ive eaten here a few times, have not been disappointed once...This diner knows how to actually COOK a burger! Not to mention Best valve around $5 1/2 burgers. Highly recommend visiting and supporting this small business. Ive reached out to the Burger Review Guy hopefully he makes a vist.“

“I decided to try their smash burger, the bar keep said it was there special for the day. The price was higher than expected but it was worth every penny. Smash burgers have been on the rise in popularity for a while now and the Ida tavern is doing em' right!“

“It's never bad. It never blows my mind. There isn't much alcohol in there but drinks are cheap and it's good for a quick meal. The quality is always just okay. Service is usually always pretty good which is why I decided on 4 stars.

My only warning is full size salads are complete ripoffs. Salad on the left was $3 with a meal. Salad on the right is $16. Granted, one has chicken but they both legitimately had the exact same amount of lettuce, if not a bit less in the chicken one. I called to ask if they accidentally did a side salad for both. Nope. The manager says she is the one who packed it and saw absolutely nothing wrong with the value here and confirmed it was correct. Gotcha. It was the last full size salad ever ordered there for us.

Its a notch better than fast food for sure but I much prefer Social House for quality. Its more worth it when they run promotions and offer coupons for sure.“

“Good first time visit. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was really nice inside and had more of a restaurant vibe instead of a Bar so that was really nice. French Dip had a really good flavor and the BBQ Bacon Cheese Burger was cooked perfectly and was still juicy even though i said well done. The bun on the bugets and french dip held together nicely. Ribs where really flavorful and tender pulled the rib meet off with a fork. Pretzel bites and the deep fried cheese chunks where surprisingly good as where the nachos. Only complaint is the chicken we got was very dry and salad had only lettuce in it but besides it was a really nice first visit. Almost forgot get the homemade chips over the fries they are really tasty.“

The day time bartender was nice, kind, had recommendations, was chatty but appropriately so, and was busy doing all the things when not serving.. it was so pleasurable I can’t wait to go back. “Brenda's is comfortable homestyle dining experience. It has a menu with lots of offerings. I have been there twice and have enjoyed both my selections. The last time I got a vegetable grinder that was just delicious! The server was very attentive to our group of 10. I will definitely be going again.“

“My parents and I recently was coming back from Ann arbor VA hospital, and we stopped here to eat. My mom had the chicken chunks and a side salad. Parmesan flavored chunks they were amazing!!! My dad had a burrito it was the size of his plate it was amazing too! And I had a chef salad, and guess what? That's right! It was the best food I have ever eaten at a restaurant before. I'm not even kidding our waitress was wonderful, are we had a great time, and we enjoyed the food! and plan on stopping back.“

“I just ordered through DoorDash and I just need to say….as someone who was born and raised for 30 years in the south I’ve had bbq from Florida to Texas and all states in between along with the Carolinas….and this brisket could rival ANY OF THEM. I haven’t been able to find actual BBQ since i moved to MI in 2019 and finally I did. I cannot express enough in words that everyone should try this place. Also Mac n cheese and baked beans are a 10/10 as well. You won’t regret eating from here! Portions are also large for the price I paid. Great food and good prices!!!!“

“We normally like everything at Sideline’s but today ordered the shrimp fettuccine. Normally very good. Today it was so salty you couldn’t eat it. The manager came out a blamed it a the prep chef. They did offer to make another meal. The issue I had was they kept serving that sauce to other customers. Someone is going to get very sick.. I can’t believe a real chef would continue to serve that.“
