“Stopped in today with several coworkers and took advantage of the $10 lunch special. Brisket sandwich and fries. Fries were pretty good but the brisket sandwich is what will bring me back. Very moist, well prepared and flavorful. The price is right as well. Wish I could have had a cocktail but there’s always next time. See ya soon.”

“While riding the place caught my attention due to it being in a plaza. I walked in there was one customer ahead of me then I made my selection I chose the Orange Roughy sandwich awesome choice. I was indeed satisfied with my purchase. This is a family business and to the staff keep cooking scrumptious chicken and more I loved the fish thanks again for the service.

“A Perfect Pizza Experience at Papa's Pizza!

I recently visited Papa's Pizza on October 8, 2025, and had an absolutely delightful dining experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for what turned out to be one of the best pizza outings I've ever had.

I ordered a large deep dish pizza, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and delightfully soft on the inside, providing a wonderful texture that complemented the rich, flavorful toppings. The cheese was gooey and plentiful, melding beautifully with the tangy, well-seasoned tomato sauce.

The service at Papa's Pizza deserves a special mention—rated at a solid 10/10! The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure our dining experience was comfortable and enjoyable. They were prompt with service without making us feel rushed.

Overall, I would give Papa's Pizza a stellar 10/10 rating. The combination of mouth-watering food, impeccable service, and a cozy ambiance makes it a must-visit for any pizza lover. I can't wait to return for another slice of heaven!”

“This review is based mainly on my personal preferences. I got fried chicken breast, mashed potatoes, collards, dressing, gravy and cornbread. The chicken breast was delicious, but overcooked and dry. Potatoes and gravy were fine. The dressing had good flavor but I didn’t care for the consistency. The collards were good except they were too salty. The cornbread was very good. I will order again and try other offerings.”

“Two nights ago , my wife and I dined at Al Shallal, a Lebanese family owned and operated restaurant. We were warmly greeted by hostess/server Nourhan and offered menus. My wife ordered an absolutely delicious falafel plate that was accompanied by a marvelous tahini sauce and rice. I chose the perfectly spiced and prepared mixed grill (beef kabob, chicken tawook and beef kafta served with a pungent garlic sauce and rice. Our order included, as a prelude, a choice of salad or soup. We opted for the homemade (all items we ordered were made from scratch) chicken lemon soup: shredded chicken, and rice in a deeply flavorful lemony chicken broth (yum). Our servings were generously portioned and absolutely scrumptious. Following the meal, we ordered homemade, once again, baklava and a small pot of a cardamom infused Lebanese coffee. Food heaven. Nourhan was an absolutely wonderful server (daughter of the owners who were the chefs). We have dined at many Lebanese, Iraqi and Iranian restaurants. Al Shallal, in Dearborn Heights , Michigan ranks at the very top for quality, price, taste, presentation, authenticity and service. Thank you Nourhan and family.”

“Came here for the first time based on a google search for a coffee shop and tried the Yemeni Scrambled Eggs and it came with khubz and sawawik on the side. They also have American type dishes for breakfast and lunch. I also had a gingerbread latte. Everything was so tasty and came out quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and while the place is hidden in a small strip mall off Outer Drive and Pelham, there was a constant flow of patrons. Only complaint is that it’s cold throughout the restaurant (winter time) from the door opening constantly. I recommend (if allowed) they get an exterior entrance enclosure so there’s a space between the outer and inner door.”

“I drive all the way to food town for their natural milk for my 1 year old and I. It was important to me to get my son a more natural milk and morning plastic. So I searched around and found Calder's. We love it 💕 please don't stop suppling food town! We also just got the chocolate milk to try and it's also delicious! One of the best ones I've had.
