“I’m not one to really leave reviews because most places don’t impress me as much as this place did. My husband and I came here today for the first time. We were in the area and picked this place solely on a Google search. I cannot say enough good things about this place. He had the fish & chips and was very pleased with portion and the taste. I had the chicken parmesan and it was amazing! The chicken was so tender, the sauce was delicious and the portion was huge, easily 2 meals. We both had the french onion soup with our meal and this soup was probably the best french onion soup I have ever had. Also the warm bread served with our meals was so good! I also want to mention how amazing the service was. Our waitress was top notch! She went over the menu, never left us unattended and had a great personality. I highly recommend Commercial House and look forward to coming back again.“

“If you're looking for a spot in town to have some good fish or something you've never tried before this is the place they have the best perch in town! Hands down and it feels like your taking a step back in time with all the cool memorabilia on the wall and if you like french Onion soup look no further!!! And the cook will even come out from time to time to walk around and ask the customers how the food was and after having a few drinks go walk the pier right outside the restaurant it's got a beautiful view of the river to“

“First time going here!! Everything about this restaurant was top notch! From Katlyn our server to. Oyster Rockefeller, calamari, soups, Fresh salads (not chemical bag ones) Steaks & seafood was prepared at right temperature, sautéed perch, walleye & Orange roughy perfect! “They make a great toasted Italian sub. This place has been here forever. There is some seating outdoors and some sitting indoors. Does need a little refresh but the food is really good

“Extremely helpful to recently deployed soldiers! Very friendly and assisted us in our time of need! We broke down on a Sunday late in the season and they sold us a reasonably priced part, loaned us the tools we needed, and gave us the dock space and lots of helpful advice. Thank you for the outstanding service!!“

“Stopped in for dinner with friends. Plenty of room on Wednesday 6pm to dock the boat. Great food and nice entertainment on the deck.
Hostess recommended the avocado chicken wrap, it was delicious, fries were fresh and crisp. Cod and slider baskets also very good.“

“I've been living here over 12 years and never tried THIS Chinese Restaurant out. Excellent food and the carry out (only option still, no dine in) was packaged nicely. I got the Almond Boneless Chicken and it was excellent. Everything was hot and fresh and the portions are huge. I will get 3 meals out of this for only $8.70!
Needless to say I'll be back and trying some other dishes soon.“

“It's the first time I've been here since covid . Food is still very good, chicken fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. My daughter picked up the order so I'm not sure exactly what happened but it took an hour from the time it was ordered until it was ready.“

“They shut down the dining in and have carryout only. Almond boneless chicken was good, shrimp rings were great. Only gave them a 4 star rating due to the pork fried rice, wasn't much than just brown rice with a couple tiny pieces of pork . Wonton was also good. I ordered 5 dinners and 2 quarts of soup. They had it ready in 15 minutes and the order wasn't missing anything, prices were also reasonable.“

“This is my favorite local Chinese food restaurant. The food is great, big portions given always, friendly staff. It is a carry out only restaurant.
