“I don’t typically leave reviews, but I have to say the variety of food, the attentive waitstaff, and quality of family dining is superb. The patrons tonight included a young man, maybe mid-20’s who stood up to thank a veteran for his service as he was leaving his dining table by himself. All around a great dining experience and the coffee is bomb!“

“Delicious experience. This place is low key and I shouldn't leave a review so that doesn't change, but here we are. Tried 3 beers and would order all again. The pizza place in the back was phenomenol - we got the Tuscany. So good. If you like chill places, good beer and wood fired pizza, come here“

“My three guests had never eaten at Green Street and they loved the atmosphere as well as the food. This was an important time and place for us because I was their ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher back in the 1983-84 school year!! Yes, we have kept in contact each year, usually around Christmas. They were immigrants from Vietnam several years before they were in my class. Thank you for your usual good food and service. I was very pleased.“

“Always a consideration for us for dining in or carryout. The last time we got carryout, my mom and I couldn't decide between the Baked Meatloaf or the Roasted Fresh Turkey (with dressing)... So of course, we each ordered one and split it (it was so much food, we could've ordered *one* meal and split it). Oh my gosh, these two entrees were delicious. Homemade taste and was the ultimate comfort food!!!! If I absolutely had to pick, the turkey was my fav, but it was sooooo close. The turkey, dressing, gravy, and mashed potatoes are truly nostalgic. So simple, but I'm craving to go back again just for that.
The service is always very fast, very friendly; just that small, hometown feel every time. Highly recommend for any time of the day and any meal!“

Oyster Rockefeller, calamari, soups, Fresh salads (not chemical bag ones) Steaks & seafood was prepared at right temperature, sautéed perch, walleye & Orange roughy perfect! “If you’re looking for a Chinese restaurant that serves excellent food and offers friendly, welcoming service, New China King is the place to go. I called in my order, and it was ready in just 25 minutes, quick and convenient. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff was polite and made me feel welcome from start to finish. Overall, I gave this place a well-deserved 5 stars for the great food, efficient service, and warm atmosphere“

“Absolutely the best I have had in a very long time! Everything was so tasty and delicious. From the general tao chicken to almond chicken. The pint of chicken fried rice was absolutely amazing. So delicious. ♥️ I will definitely be returning ✨“
“Extremely helpful to recently deployed soldiers! Very friendly and assisted us in our time of need! We broke down on a Sunday late in the season and they sold us a reasonably priced part, loaned us the tools we needed, and gave us the dock space and lots of helpful advice. Thank you for the outstanding service!!“

“They shut down the dining in and have carryout only. Almond boneless chicken was good, shrimp rings were great. Only gave them a 4 star rating due to the pork fried rice, wasn't much than just brown rice with a couple tiny pieces of pork . Wonton was also good. I ordered 5 dinners and 2 quarts of soup. They had it ready in 15 minutes and the order wasn't missing anything, prices were also reasonable.“

“Great Wall\n\nAug 29, 2025\nDecided to try this place out. This place also had good reviews. Here goes the test.\n\nThey are still in the Covid phase. No dine in. Still have take out available. The walls and face shields are still up. Not as busy as Leong's 23 Chinese Restaurant at lunch. I was the only guest getting take out. The location is pretty far out east too. Prices are a little more than Leong's 23 Chinese Restaurant. Fast service. No issues. They speak decent english.\n\nThe taste. I ordered the schwean/szechuan chicken combo. Tasted good. Slightly different than Leong's 23 Chinese Restaurant. I can tell they used garlic pepper for the schwean/szechuan chicken. Not necessary for this dish. Good eggrolls. Same dipping sauce but a little on the sour side. Needs a little water to fix taste. The combo plate had less food than expected.\n\nAll in all both this place and Leong's 23 Chinese Restaurant make good chinese food. Try one, or try both. Both are good enough for my taste. Trust me, these two places are above average. Other places I've been to have been worse.\n\n*****I've lived in Saginaw for about 20 years of my life and we make some good Chinese food. I've had the best Chinese food. Bar none. I've been a dishwasher for a good Chinese restaurant, waiter, and a cook. I know my menu and how each dish should taste. I'm an Asian restaurant guy and a major Chinese food cook and critic. I was raised on Chinese food. I worked at many different Chinese restaurant. My uncles own about 10-20 Chinese restaurant in upper Michigan.*****\n\nHighly recommended“

“We stopped in for the Sunday brunch , it's a fairly small space ( but its not their regular thing ) all the food options were decent to really good , especially the waffles and pancakes. The Cajun wings were really flavorful but not too spicy and the 1 I had was very meaty !! Their coffee was good also . I'd give them an 8 - 8.5 for their effort.“
