“Placed an order thru the Popeye app. Figured with an estimated pickup time of 531 pm, we arrived right on time. Went in to pickup the order and the manager stated there were to orders ahead of ours. It took 15 minutes as the manager was the only one filling the orders. She was SLOW and did not care that the order was over due. It will be a long time before we go to this Popeyws again.“
