Someone stole our daughters brand new tablet when we were not looking and the staff immediately jumped into action and found and confronted the thief and got it back to us. “We live in Jenison and came to this Jenison McDonalds. one of the only ones. The food was great, the service was good, loved our time here. there is definitely a better McDonalds on Baldwin Street. but this is still really good.

“Just ate there with my husband, daughter, and grandson. We had heard they had good food. Boy were the reviews right. We had a chili dog, corn dog, smash burgers, and regular fries, and chili fries between all of us. It was great food. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and having a good time. What really made the experience, though, was Kyle. Easily one of the best servers I’ve had in a while. Quick with refills, checked in without hovering, and made sure everything came out hot and fresh. You can tell he actually cares about the customer experience.

“We visited the Grandville, MI Red Robin restaurant on 3/6/2025. The food was good, service was excellent. I am disappointed with one thing. It may seem unimportant, but prevented me from ordering my first choice. I wanted to order the Sauteed 'shroom burger, but when I asked our server for a side of steak sauce to put on my burger, she informed me that they didn't have any. I have had this burger numerous times, and always with steak sauce. It may sound picky, but this is a deal breaker for me. I ordered the Chili Chili Cheeseburger instead. How difficult is it to have a bottle of steak sauce on hand?“

You need you order online, and seems like you can’t pick up from this location, you need to do delivery but delivery was pretty quick and burgers were AMAZING!! “I usually go to the Arrows, was Rainbow, for their pig in the blankets. I stopped today at the Rainbow Grill in Grandville because on-line menu showed they had pig in the blankets. Glad I did, I found them better than Arrows Restaurant. This will be my new breakfast spot. Check it out, don't miss out.“
