We were here today for the first time and Jenny A was our server.She was so kind, sweet, helpful and had a good sense of humor and was just overall an amazing person to have (wish I could have had dinner with her as well lol)The food was delicious! Tried the battered cod dinner (havent had fried fish in years)? “We eat at Shortys once a week. We love the specials (great smoked wings, smoke ribeye hoagie and lasagna just to name a few), excellent pizza and sandwiches. Service is speedy and friendly every time. It can be loud sometimes if it’s a full house but then other times is a quiet atmosphere.“

“I like artesian wells tavern i meet a friend there half way fir both of us. And you never know what kinda neat specials they have we had tater tots with chili and cheese it was good then tater tots with corn beef sauerkraut cheese and thousand island so much 2 choose from. We try 2 set in a booth which i like comfortable place very spacious“
“Where to start with this little place. The hometown diner atmosphere, the smiling face when you walk in the door, the friendly service and absolutely great home cooked style meals? This little place is simply overall amazing. A very hard working Family owned diner. Once again the food is like I'd prepare for my own family (I've been a Chef for 40 yrs) and just like my table you better come with an appetite! You get all that you pay for and then some and in today's economy that's really saying something. I highly recommend stopping in this place and giving them the support they deserve if you're in their neck of the woods.BTW my wife had Southwest Hash with Cinnamon Raisin Toast and I had a full order of biscuits and gravy with a couple of over medium eggs on top. Delicious!! And don't mind all the hot sauce we like our food spicy!“
