“Got blizzards here with a friend, it was pretty good not gonna lie. I would truly reccomend it There are so many reasons why ice cream is so good! “I had the German chocolate ice cream made into a milkshake and it was fantastic!! The young man behind the counter was extremely polite and friendly. The ice creams have kosher certification (see picture). The inside of the store which also includes Dunkin has a nice seating area and there is free WiFi.“

“They put crack in their coffee I swear. That must be why I’m addicted to it right? My fav go-to dunkin! I always stop by on my way to OU and it’s the #1 reason why I was late to class in college. They occasionally mess up from time to time but who doesn’t. Plus the coffee is like $2 lol“

“I am a resident of Birmingham for the past 4 years, the are ice cream parlors on each corner of Woodward. My point is that the product is amazing! The best ice cream! It’s very sad to me that the staff never says thank you…. In my experience.
In business never get too busy to show customers that you appreciate them.“

“Best "any reason" stop! Lunch? Need a date night stop? Kids need a treat? Mexican food, bubble tea and ice cream- they have it all.

Mexican Food: I had the tacos. Made to order, fair price and FABULOUS!!!! You have to stop in just for tacos, nachos, quesadillas, bowls. The steak is perfecto.

Bubble Tea: unexpected surprise. Great flavor options. My daughter had the strawberry smoothie with mango popping bubbles. She liked it. I have the traditional milk tea with tapioca pearls. Very delicious. The milk tea was on the sweet side (I tend to like less sugar taste). Boba was perfectly cooked.

Ice Cream: didn't try it this time but they had eight or more different soft serve flavors with a whole bunch of fresh-looking toppings. Lots of flavors.

Overall this place is a must stop. Doesn't look much from the outside but well worth to check it out. It is very very clean and the staff was extremely personable.

“We can’t get enough of Custard Corner. Our favorite ice cream place we’ve been to. The custard is amazing and we love all of the flavors you can get. The dole whip is my absolute favorite. I get so excited with every flavor change. We always can’t wait to see what flavor is next. Then there’s a whole menu of non-cone fun that never disappoints. This place is definitely the best out there. You have to try it! Also the staff is really awesome. So friendly and always getting our orders right and being kind while they do it.“

“After a rough day, we decided to lift our spirits with some ice cream and headed to Menchie’s.

The atmosphere was nice and inviting. There were a few people sitting and enjoying their treats, but it wasn’t busy at all.

I tried the pineapple coconut smoothie frozen yogurt, which is both gluten-free and vegan. Unfortunately, it didn’t hit the mark for me—it was really sweet and lacked strong pineapple or coconut flavors. I ended up giving it to the kids. I was hoping it would be closer to the pineapple flavor they had before.

Even though that flavor wasn’t my favorite, I would still recommend Menchie’s! This location was friendlier than the last one I visited, they have a good selection, and lots of toppings to choose from. I also appreciate that they charge by weight, so you can get as much or as little as you want.“

“I was really Bumbed out when I went in on Sunday@,Aug 18th on National Ice Cream Pie Day and they had NO ice cream Pies ready and said it would take 15 min to make and then it has to Freeze. When i explained to Julianna (the Manager) that I needed a pie for my "Celebrate Everyday with Amazing Kay" Podcast and I could not wait hours...she agreed to make me a pie right then but said it wouldn't be frozen.
