“I hate how much I love this chicken. The fish is ridiculously amazing as well. I crave it on the regular and just wish it were closer to me. My favorite is the tenders with the spicy seasoning. The man in charge is super helpful and has excellent customer service. My only "complaint" is I wish he had more space and seating to eat in.“

“Been a few months since I've been to this location. Turns out they've redesigned their drive-thru so that if you're using mobile-thru you have to take a completely different entrance into the parking lot than what you used to. You can't even get into that line without leaving the parking lot, going out into the street and reentering through the other entrance. So when you get in the wrong line, it becomes a big catastrophe trying to get your food.“

“When I say this place is nostalgic for me! It has touch points to my entire childhood, so when I heard it re-opened, I knew this had to be my first stop off the plane when I visited GR! I met the owner and we talked for what felt like an hour, she's so personable, warm and welcoming. She's a gem to the community!

The food was delicious, wings hit like they used to, fries were good. Both with the perfect blend of seasoning!

Can't wait to visit GR again and have some chicken coop!“

“On January 5, 2024 at 9:58 pm, I pulled up to the drive thru speaker. A recorded voice said the store had just closed. I was going to pull away when a very nice young lady with medium length brown straight hair and a black sweater/jacket on (I didn't get her name) walked up to my truck and offered to take my order. She then ran in to the restaurant and met me at the window and finished the transaction. I am very appreciative of her efforts. The other two people (one a young man that was dressed like a manager) that waited on me were also so polite and friendly. The young lady who waited on me deserves 10 stars! Also, from the drive-thru window you can see in the kitchen and I was very impressed with how clean the place looked, and how neat the staff looked. So incredibly different compared with the service provided at the other fast food places in the area. Chick-fil-A is my new favorite. Great food, clean environment, exceptional service. Thank you!!!“

“Let me start by saying we love Chik-Fil-A. Mobile order drive thru lane here lacks typical Chil-Fil-A service during busy times. Not enough workers to man mobile pickup and regular drive thru orders. Recent visit it took about 20 minutes to get to window and get food despite a short mobile pickup line. Would recommend doing carry out to get food at this location during busy times.“

“I work and live in the neighborhood. Love this place. I grab lunch here at about once a week. A 3 piece dark meat combo, always hits the spot.

New York Fried Chicken…🤮 ain’t got nothing on Captain Jays. Plus the young lady behind the counter is always so polite and sweet.“

“I come to chick Fil a, but something is not right with your app. I have over 10,000 points and can never redeem them via mobile or in restaurants. I click redeem, choose item, add to order but when I go to check out, there is still a total. Today I went in the restaurant, scanned the item & it did not come off the order. Luckily the manager was kind enough to refund me what I wanted to redeem but that should not have to happen.“

“My daughter and I drove a long way together from Westland to Wyoming to watch her son Michael(my grandson) play Basketball for Grace Christian University. After the game, wanting to get back home, we stopped at KFC to get a quick meal and get started on the long drive back home. We were greeted at the counter by a very friendly young man who asked if we were ready to order. We both ordered the 2 piece $5.00 meals. He informed us that it would take at least 10 minutes to cook up more wings,drumsticks and thighs. We growned, but decided to stay and wait. He felt bad and apologized and then said "Would you be willing to take 2 Chicken breasts in place of the other 2 pieces"? We said "Sure!,Thank you"! It was all very delicious and filling, and really helped to make our day even better. That was really very kind of him and you could tell that he works from the heart. Thank you“
