“I don't normally do food places recommendations but Drive Thru Depot nails it every visit. if you haven't tried the Garlic Parm Boneless Wings you shouldn't because you won't be able to stop thinking about how good they are. Also, bring the dog with you, they have a sweet treat for them too. prices are very competitive and service is great.“

“Great "Mom and Pop" restaurant with delicious food! Best breakfast out we've had in a very, very long time!! We had the corn beef hash (came with 3!!eggs) and sourdough toast, a HUGE homestyle pancake, homemade biscuits and gravy with fluffy scrambled eggs and yummy, smokey bacon. Homey, small town vibe with friendly staff. Extra large portions, with amazing prices. Cash only, so come prepared. ATM at the local grocery just down the street (worth the extra stop for sure). Would definitely come back!
Parking: Parking out back, as well!“

“It is a great place to eat a large variety of excellent cooked food. They're pizza. They're also one of the best I've ever eaten. The service at Loading Zone II is A++. My family and I eat there quite a lot, because it is one of the best restaurants with excellent food, and great prices, and it's a great place to Socialize with friends and relatives with great drinks They have to offer..“

“Chill small town bar with a superb old fashioned. Service was friendly, and I chatted it up with some locals at the bar while my fam played pool. I gather from the 1 star reviews I read complaining of "unfriendly service" that if you're a high maintenance Karen-type, you get the experience you deserve.
My family had a great time. Cheers!“

“Open late & great food! We were adventuring in the Keweenaw until after 7pm, when other places close their kitchens. So happy Sundae in the Park was open until 10pm and we were able to get a delicious broasted chicken dinner to go!“

“Such a cute local cafe, I got a seasonal late and a breakfast burrito and it was delicious and she even did some late art. The breakfast burrito was also pretty good & super filling. Even though it was early in the morning it looked like a lot of locals were there too working or hanging out. Very cute!
Kid-friendliness: There is a book swap & play area for kids.“
“Midway between Houghton and Eagle River made this the perfect spot to enjoy everything the Kewenauw peninsula has to offer. Fluffy towels and pillows, and a peaceful, quiet room. We could really tell how much the new owners cared about our experience and they checked in to make sure we had what we needed. Just a a short ride into Calumet for arts coffee, and food, and just a quick trip east or west to beaches and parks for rock hunting and stargazing, waterfalls, and the beautiful woods. Driving up the shoreline to eagle river and beyond is a must for beaches and nature preserve trails, and the beaches at misery bay, Agate beach, and the mouth of the river near houghton were amazing for rock hounding and relaxing. Close to trails for winter, too. Glacia tavern across the road had great food, and also Slim's Cafefor breakfast a few steps away. Try the cinnamon rolls!“

“When another restaurant canceled our graduation dinner reservation on the day of, Michigan House was extremely kind and accommodating to get us in and the service was wonderful. They fed my celiac and vegan family members equally as well as carnivores, and the historical memorabilia on the walls was very interesting. Would come back any time!“

“Great little local joint; a pool table smack dab in the middle of the dining room, and a nice long bar. Their "summer season" starts late up in Michigan so all the places were just getting rolling with the tourist season. Kitchen was backed up with a new (but extensive) menu and short staffed, but they kicked butt and did a great job. Waited an hour for food but we aren't 10-minute diners to begin with. We spent the time interacting with the locals and our bartender Felicia was awesome. So friendly and down to earth, made us feel welcome right along with the folks she knew from the town. Food we had: Wild Mushroom Pasta with Truffle Oil / Jumbo wings with Georgia Gold sauce. Delicious all around. It was a perfect last meal before we had to Make the long drive back to Eastern PA.“

“I cannot review the food as it appears owners and menu has changed since I have been here last. The physical building is just amazing and worth experiencing. I am looking forward to trying the new menu the next trip up. Nice to see that a full menu is being served here!“
