“I had a grilled chicken wrap and it was one of the best I've had tasted in a whil. This one was fresh and I was not expecting that quality from a fast food restaurant. My wife is money and diet conscious and spending her money on chicken wrap meals wasn't easy. The waffle fries were also very good. I would definitely recommend visiting and enjoying the yummiest meal.“
“Don't pass by this great bar and restaurant! The place is super clean, excellent atmosphere, and a really solid menu for this type of establishment. We ordered the wings, a Philly, and Tater Kegs. Everything was made to order, and fresh. The bun for the Philly was toasted perfectly. Service was excellent.I have passed by this place for a year without knowing that there was a gem inside! You can tell that the owners have invested time and love into the Pit Stop. So glad we stopped!“
“Was recommended to stop here for an alcoholic beverage and dinner once we arrived to Ontonagon. It was a busy Friday night and the hubby and I were lucky enough to get a spot at the bar. I ordered the shrimp dinner and he got a burger. Both very happy with our food. The service was great and the owner even came out and said hello which is always so nice. The only thing I would say is that my husband kept trying to order local Michigan beers (as we traveled from Wisconsin and don't see these beers often), however the bar was out of stock if a lot of things that were displayed on the bar. Otherwise it was great!“
“Fun Place! Norma Jean (Marilyn Monroe) would love it! There's pictures of her all over the place (especially the men's rest room. Quaint small place but seems to accommodate many. Grilled sandwiches are good, especially the hot ham & cheese. We liked the deep fried mushrooms as well, as a standard bar food item. Great place on the snowmobile trail to grab a quick bite to eat & a nice stop on your way to or from Houghton/Hancock or on your trip up or down the Keweenaw Peninsula.“
“Very friendly service. Love the pictures hanging up from local artists (pics are for sale as well) and the cozy feel of the place. It was only 19 degrees outside, but nice and warm inside. The doughnuts were fresh and the turtle cheesecake was amazing... it was different because it had a fudge layer over the bottom crust, covered by creamy cheesecake, and topped with caramel and pecans. Topped it off with hot cocoa.Kid-friendliness: Nice coloring sheet!“
