“Note: Call for reservations a week in advance. High end food, service and prices. Avoid sitting in the entry area as it is drafty. We found the duck appetizer, salmon, and chips to be excellent. The fries, wedge salad and the corn chowder to be good. The seasonings were very good and the sauces and dressings were unique. The ice cream drinks are a real delicacy. Do not go here if you are on a diet.“

“Super cute place. Good food, great service, a nice salad bar. We went there for Friday Night Fish Fry. Got there at 4:45 for the end of their cocktail hour. Nice discounts on beverages and dinner. One of the better Fish Fry options in our dining area on Friday night. Regular menu and daily specials all look good. We will definitely be going back.“
“The Roast Duck was the best I've ever ate! I stayed in the Fall 2023. The suite I stayed in was warm and very comfortable. The Staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The fish cleaning house was clean, heated and provided a freezer for guests during there stay at the Lodge! I will return every time I'm in the area!“

“Wife and I ate here for first time last night. Great atmosphere, and service! Carson was our server and we enjoyed her very much. Love the appetizers waiting at your table upon arrival..nice touch! I had ribeye, wife had the glazed salmon. Steak was a good cut, and cooked perfectly! It was lacking a bit on the seasoning in my book. Wife enjoyed her salmon but some grill marks or setting the glaze a bit more would have made it more appealing. Overall it was a great dinner out for us, and will be back!“

Asked if we could slide them together, the one lady looked at another and the other says “no we are not allowed to put tables together” rudely… WE LEFT! They just lost about $40+ in sales and we will be telling people not to patronize as we are snowmobilers!“
“I have gone at different times of the day to try different meals and have ordered for pick up too . We went there for breakfast the last time. I had the country fried steak. It was the size of a large plate. I just loved the country gravy too. The eggs and potatoes were served on a different plate.Roberta does a great job in the kitchen and on the floor. There was only one waitress that morning and she was doing a heck of a job. There were three of us and the bill was under $40 with tip.“

“Stopped here when we were on our ice fishing trip, we were seated immediately and given menus by our waitress/bartender. I ordered buffalo chicken wings and a salad and my father ordered the chili. The salad and chili were on a convenient little soup/salad bar. Very good salad and my dad liked his chili. Then the wings came out, you could taste the smokey flavorings and the high quality meat. Hands down the best wings I've ever had in my life. Very nice waitress who tended to our needs, including giving us a sample of brisket and pulled pork. Thanks for the delicious food, Wild Turkey!“
“Went in Sunday to try the breakfast and a bloody mary. We had the stuffed hash browns, steak & eggs, french toast, and Tokyo Mary. Everything was excellent. This place is on par with Toad in the Hole in Eagle River in terms of food quality, flavor, and service. Highly recommend.“
