“It was so warm and friendly when we came in, the servers were very friendly and helpful when we said it was our first time there. Sitting at the back bar, you get a great view of the cooks making your ramen. The food was amazing, I got Shoyu ramen and my partner got the Bacon Ramen and both were delicious. They portions are large and I ate my fill and had left overs to take home for later. Will be adding them to the rotation of restaurants when we go to Toledo for dinner.“

I asked to get extra sauce to take home and the waitress said it would cost $2.00 more. But she wasn’t sure. We had to ask again about the sauce after we paid the bill. She said they would not give us extra sauce!! Hmmm!! Really? So for all you that like extra sauce on your pizza… they don’t do that! Also, the waitress never took any of our dirty dishes away.“

When I picked up my food today I asked the staff what on the menu he could order. Two great employees offered assistance and used a sharpie on the menu to mark everything that he could order on the menu (as long as specify water based). I couldn’t be more impressed with the food (as always) but especially the service I had today. I am just angry at myself that I didn’t get their names. “Balance is hands down the best fast casual option. Tofu is the best Ive ever had. The bang bang sauce is like a dream and I buy it by the jar. Try the citrus brussels and if you like a bit of spice bang bang tacos & nachos (no yogurt). If you prefer to build a bowl, all tge sauces are great and I recommend the wheat noodles for your starch. My favorite sauce is Thai guy for the bowls.“

The entire cake and cookies were gone by the end of the shower. I highly recommend. We ordered a 1/4 sheet amaretto and cherry chip flavors with snowflake and mitten cookies.“

It took quite a while to get our food and drink but we loved being able to hear each other and enjoy being together in an intimate setting. I will say we were informed that our table was reserved for another party 20 minute before their time slot. It ended up they had been seated in a different area. It kind of spoiled our ambiance but we would go there again. We shared several appetizers and dessert. Drinks were great. Entrees were superb.

“We did our rehearsal dinner at PizzaPapalis and had the best time! It was a great value for around $16 a person as compared to other rehearsal dinner spots around town wanting $50+ per person. We had more than enough food for our party of 25. Everything we had was so good- breadsticks, thin crust pizza, Chicago-style pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, and salad. The party room upstairs was perfect for us and we had the best time. We will be back!“
