“Breakfast at Shirley’s is always a great experience! My hubby and I go there often. The moment you walk in, it feels like family. The atmosphere is friendly and the decor reminds me of my dad 🥰 whom I miss dearly. It’s like the show CHEERs—a place where everyone knows each other. I cannot speak highly enough of the serving staff and the nice young man that clears and sets up the tables. The food tastes like true home cooking, made with care and attention. Everything is made fresh and made to perfection. You can really tell that a lot of love goes into every plate. Thank you to the amazing kitchen team working behind the scenes! I ordered a burger combo meal, and the food was outstanding. The burger patty was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. “Have come here several times for business meetings and have not been disappointed. Usually I get the fish dinner, but this last time I tried the liver dinner. The fish is always good, but the liver was over done and a little chewed. The service is always great and the prices are reasonable. We will definitely continue to use them as they are also very conveniently located.
Tonight had the veal cutlet dinner with a baked potato. Excellent and brought half of it home. And our waitress was supberb.
Today I had lunch there with some colleagues. I got the reuben sandwich and it was good. Very generous with the corned beef. And, as usual, the service was exceptional.“

Unfortunately, I'm at the hospital a lot with my dad. But my tummy has been happy. The staff is very nice & I have gotten my family hooked on the sandwiches & wraps.“

Also, we didn’t receive the promo envelope as advertised at the end of our meal and gave up waiting for her to return to ask about it. We will probably return because the food and beer was delicious, but we will remember to sit by the bar in order to be more visible to the inattentive waitstaff.“

Our server Nick was very attentive and was quick with refills and had a fantastic personality. I was also impressed that I ordered food for 5 people including 2 appetizers and it was only a little over a hundred, I pay more than that at Applebee's and the food isn't half as good.
