“0 out of 5 did not have a good experience it was a long piece of hair in my food and they only took 2 dollars off i was disgusted after eating the majority or my food couldn’t finish and the manager response is this isnt our hair the hair was longgggg and curly i have braids the waiter was really nice but the manager wasnt he even brought the plate back to the table with the hair“

“Went there as a reward for my son. I don't care for sushi he loves it. When we were done eating, the sushi chef gave us a special roll. And it was amazing! I haven't had sushi that was that good. The kids loved it, too. We will be back. (Yam Yam and crazy horse in the pic.)“

green river roll 10/10 - salmon was very yummy and a little fatty. I liked it

California roll - 10/10 crunchy , yummy , classic

spicy tuna 6/10 - I love tuna but it was not very spicy or seasoned. I didnt taste much flavor“

“We dined in and the service was so good, friendly and sweet, and the atmosphere is cozy and has a charming and personal feel. The food was so delicious, my fiancé had the nabeyaki udon, the broth was so delicious, and I had a crab and shrimp tempura chili bowl which was so tasty and fresh, and we got some sushi rolls too. “Tried Nagomi Japanese Restaurant for the first time and it was a nice experience! Since it was my first visit, it felt a little confusing to choose from the menu, especially because some vegetarian dishes were unavailable.But the dish I ordered turned out to be so good! The noodles were flavorful, perfectly cooked, and loaded with fresh vegetables. The taste was really satisfying and comforting.
Overall, I truly enjoyed the food and would love to visit again to try more options. Definitely recommended if you want to explore Japanese cuisine 😊🥰😍“

“This is some of the best sushi in Metro Detroit, it’s our favorite sushi place and we go there almost weekly. The food is always delicious and the staff and service is phenomenal. I have never left this restaurant disappointed or hungry. If I could give this place more than five out of five stars, I would. 11/10 would recommend. “I saw mostly positive reviews and a few negative ones and I can say from my experience, the negative reviews are just crazy people who don't get it. Food was great, service was great, felt like I was back in Japan.

Only demerit I can think of is that it was a tad expensive. I guess that's my fault for eating so much food 😆. Additionally, I asked for a whiskey highball and it was $15.50!!! I hope they used Yamazaki 18 year! Nomihodai in Japan is the same price. Enjoy highballs if you have deep pockets!“

“This is a family owned restaurant and our experience was wonderful. We were greeted and seated simultaneously and expeditiously. The young male server was very attentive and answered any and all our questions-and I had a lot of them. I also didn’t know the sushi role I got was uncooked, they were happy to replace it with something more satisfactory. It was my first time trying dumplings and OMG it was a 10/10!!!! I DEFINITELY will come again!!“
