Tim Hortons in Livonia

“I eat here or swing through for coffee 4 times a week. The staff is polite and unique. lol. Nice people that make my week a little easier. If you had food and coffee at one Timmy’s, you had them all. I come here for the staff and convenience“

“I just went through the drive through of this Tim Hortons and there were no cars in front of me. The entire transaction took less than 4 minutes and I ordered 4 items. The staff I dealt with were very friendly and nice. I have no complaints about anything at this Tim Hortons.

Parking: I did not park here but there is a free parking lot with plenty of parking spaces always available“

“We were traveling & my son went in. My home store (Jackson )is great so I was expecting the same here. I love the new cinnamon coffee cake donut and my coffee was good. My son wanted dark roast but was told you didn't have any. Thanks“

“Not the best Tim Hortons, but not the worst. The doughnuts were very soft and chewy — my type of doughnuts. However, I ordered a B.E.L.T. (aka a “Bacon, Egg, Lettuce, and Tomato” on a bagel) however, the bagel was, unfortunately, not toasted properly which resulted in a somewhat hard bagel. My favorite doughnut was the vanilla cream doughnut which had a subtle vanilla cream filling and rich chocolate outer. The young female at the register was very kind and helpful, and was quick with giving my small orders as well. Overall, a good experience. Next time, please make that any hot food that gets ordered is actually hot — like a hot sandwich shouldn’t be served mildly hot.“

“Customer service could be better. It took a team member for seconds to say hello. How can I help you after I made my order I asked him did he have any mustard he stated no he didn’t try to say well we have something other than mayonnaise so I just told him to lightly put it on my sandwich. It was corrected so after waiting, I’m looking around in the inside of the work area. You have four males there the female must’ve just came back from her break or Whatever One is working the drive-through. The other one is just talking. Here is the floor that they work on have coffee spill coffee grinds with paper that don’t look good.Also what happen to wearing hair net if you have long hair? And safety why are the workers wearing crocs?“

“Sabrina at 33500 Plymouth Road Livonia Michigan was very kind when I went to grab a coffee. It was evident she was the only worker there that day as how hard she was working during a busy hour. If someone deserves a raise it is her! Customer service was excellent and any company would be happy to have a great employee like that.“
