“Every time I walk into this store, I’m greeted like an old friend. The owner is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet genuinely kind, welcoming, and always in a good mood. What really stands out is how he remembers faces and makes everyone feel like a regular, even if it’s only your second visit. It’s the kind of personal touch that you just don’t get at most places anymore. I alwyas do an online order and never have to wait. He always has everything made right when you walk in. “The workers here don’t get paid enough for the way they get treated. Almost everytime I’m in I see customers continuously being rude to them and I can only imagine how exhausting it is. I’ve never had any problems with the food here and to those acting like Subway is a five star restaurant I really ask that you remember that you’re talking to humans who have lives and priorities outside of work. You guys are always super sweet and I hope you have the best day.“

“Love your sandwiches and I get them at least once a week! But so disappointed today :(. Drive to my normal location on hall and Hayes and found out they were closed for remodeling. So drove to Macomb location. I normally pay close attention while subs are made to correct issues but today I was getting pushed into paying before my subs were made. Sadly I got home and it was wrong :(. Ordered three subs total. 2 of three were not what was requested. ie wrong bread, missing mikes way dressing etc. one of the kids subs was completely smashed. it was obvious new employees were working and I’m not totally blaming them. Moving forward I will make sure I watch my sandwiches being made and wont get rushed to the register. I paid a lot for these sandwiches and expect to get what I ordered.“

“I recently visited the Subway location and had the pleasure of being served by Andy. From the moment I walked in, Andy's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed. He greeted me with a genuine smile and was incredibly attentive to my order.
Andy took great care in making my sub, ensuring that every ingredient was fresh and perfectly portioned. His attention to detail was impeccable, and he even took the time to ask about my preferences to make sure everything was just right. The sub was delicious, and I could tell that Andy put a lot of effort into making it perfect.
What truly stood out, though, was Andy's exceptional customer service. He was patient, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. It's rare to find such dedicated and passionate employees, and Andy is definitely one of them.
Thank you, Andy, for making my visit to Subway a memorable one. I'll definitely be coming back, and I hope to be served by you again!“

“OMG, I went here with my husband and I wasn’t even hungry, but when I went in I saw they had a caprese sub. So I decided I would get it for later. Once my husband cracked into his Italian sub I was like “Okay I will try mine”. Wowza, seriously the best dang sub I have ever had!!! The staff was so attentive, friendly and quick. The desserts looked wonderful. I snagged a tiramisu and can’t wait to try it. We HIGHLY recommend. AAA+++“
