“My mom’s first Thai experience and it set the bar high!“

“I'm so glad that the place I normally go to was closed, because I got to try this restaurant. The food was even better, the prices were great, and I got 3+ servings out of each dish. Staff members were incredibly kind and one person who picked up carry out said he loves it so much that he comes in every Friday. It was delicious and I HIGHLY recommend them. As a note, they won't have sushi until summer; but there's so many delicious options, that it didn't matter. Try this place. You won't regret it.

“I love this place. The other day a woman came in and Without trying her food tried to say it was disgusting. Made a Big huge scene which caused some customers to leave. I stayed to make sure nothing happened.And now is constantly harassing them and won't leave them alone. The owner and the staff was professional and tried to solve the problem which the lady was not having. Then called her husband and had him come up later that day to harass the owner, And her employees. Now i'm on facebook and watching this lady, Her husband, And her friend harass this business owner. yes It is very important to say that her husband kept repeating he owns his own business. so I am guessing they are doing this because he needs more business? trying to put her out of business so he can get her customers? I was there and this owner should not have to deal with the harassment from them. sorry you have to. keep doing you and all your customers that know you will keep coming back. I know I will.“

“Got the Chicken Pad Thai..With extra chicken and egg along with 3 spring rolls. Was a little pricey, probably because I had them add extra but I like it that way. Nice spice level, medium + is where I tend to like it. Food was ready as soon as I go there. Was hot and delicious.“

“Went here for lunch carry out for the first time last week. It looks like ALL entrees are $17.95, regardless of what meat you choose. The portion size was decent, tho. Both the hot & sour soup and Pad Thai were exceptional. My only disappointment would be the spice level. I ordered both items medium spicy--and there was absolutely no spice at all! I was bummed, but since I took it home and not back to work, I had plenty of chili crisp to jazz them up. Still, I expect Thai Medium to have a good bit of heat?? Just fyi.“

“This place is delicious. Lanna herself came up and asked us how the meal was. Hot was just right.

Came here for my son’s birthday, and he said it’s in his top five Thai places. Considering he just got back from traveling in Asia, it was high praise.

I would definitely come back here again. Clean, great food, and great service. Restaurant is dine in, with nice size booths, and a few four top tables.

This would be a perfect date spot, great for families. Nice size menu, but not over the top. You can tell this place makes a few things very well.

Pop comes in cans, no fountain option.

“The wife and I placed an order for Drunken Noodles 30 minutes before close for pick up. The staff were very pleasant and even laughed at my terrible dad joke. The food though was just amazing. Best drunken noodles I've had and the wife is excited to try more of the menu. 10/10, great staff, great food, great price.“

“First time ordering from this chain. Food was good, but not great. The sauce on the pad se ew was SO heavy… it was like gravy. Would be better if mixed with rice, but it’s already a noodle dish. And the hot and sour soup was so thick it was like mashed potatoes and gravy.

“We've been coming to this establishment since it opened sometime around 2001. Thai Orchid is hands-down the best Thai food in Metro-Detroit. A close second is Sala Thai in Detroit. If you know, you know... Highly recommend Thai Orchid. 5 stars. Flavor and service are top-notch. Portions are enormous.“

“Their food was sooo good! I dined in but got food in carry out boxes so I wouldn’t have to pack it after. I didn’t expect Lebanese and Asian to fuse so well together but it did. I was a little overwhelmed when I looked at the menu but they had great service and explained what the menu options were allowing me to make the right choices.

I ordered the Pad Thai with beef and Drunken Noodles with chicken shawarma. They stir fried the veggies for the drunken noodles fresh (they have an open kitchen). The food came out hot and steaming. The drunken noodles were super flavorful with Lebanese spiced chicken, bell pepper veggies, and included a delicious broth. The Pad Thai was tasty too and I was positively surprised how the middle eastern spiced beef paired so well with the noodles.

The restaurant had a cute diner vibe with a unique combo of wall decor to reflect the fusion it was serving. Will have to pho next time! Looked enticing but will have to come back for it.“

“What a gem!! This place is amazing for its food service and everything in between. We were a part of 4 during relatively high foot traffic and got great service. My mom is vegetarian so there was ample choices for her and she really enjoyed her food from Tom yum soup to vegetable tempura, spring rolls and veggie rolls. The presentation was great as well and the servers were very kind. The restrooms were clean. The only thing was that they added the 18% tip to our bill and there was an expectation to add more, which I did not appreciate. I didn’t mind the 18% as the service was good. Definitely recommend and I will be back here again!!“

“Our favorite Thai restaurant in the area we have tried so far!! Very good, but the wonton wrapper on the crab rangoons was super dense/firm. I’m used to them being a bit more airy. A bit expensive also. 2 orders of pad thai with crab rangoons cost us about $50. I’m used to closer to $30. Staff was super nice!!!“
