“We had a large group to celebrate a birthday on a Tuesday morning I had communicated with the restaurant in advance to let them know we were coming and they were absolutely amazing In taking care of us! Everyone was very happy with their food choices & order, our server couldn't have been more attentive if she tried, so kind, efficient and helpful. Antonio checked in with us to see if everything was fine (everything was much more than fine) and gave special attention to our birthday guest. Food was prepared and delivered in a perfect time frame. We were thrilled with our experience here and look forward to visiting again soon & often! Thank you all for making Tim's celebration so perfect!!!“

“First impressions: After opening the steely front door of the Marketplace you are quickly enveloped in an intense gust of wind that leaves behind three notable impressions. Initially you are swept away by the sudden relief from the outdoor onslaught of temperature, whether that be in the form of refreshing AC in the summer or the toasty heat in the winter. You haven't even processed this yet when the subtle notes of a fresh brew of coffee from Starbucks begin to tug on your wallet, long before you could ever dare say no. The last brush stroke of our conglomeration of sensation, the bright yellow sign that cry's out to your eyes, and more importantly your stomach from the Which Wich sandwich shop.“

“Staff is always friendly, drinks are always tasty and amazing. We drive frequently from Kentwood just because the service is always amazing and the owners are great. Highly recommend the Love Punch. It’s a pink lemonade that is sweet and refreshing.“

“They are all always friendly and helpful. I love when I struggle deciding and they're so patient and may even suggest something. The food is best served here compared to any other branches. They have milk alternatives and no sugar options perfect for everyone. I wish they'd always have jalapeno cheddar bagels because those are my most favorite ones.“

“Like Biggby's. Wish they still had a larger tea selection. Drinking much less coffee these days. They have reduced their tea offerings over the past several years. Prices a bit better than Star....., but still seem high. We just buy less often as a result. Still a nice coffee shop!“

“Honestly curious to know why the drive thru has been so slow lately is their training going on a shortage? I don't think you should have to wait 15 min+ for a coffee? Service used to be great here a few months ago but lately it is so so very slow. also it won't let me give them a one star on the review because I really don't recommend.“
