“True North always has about five or six vegan ice cream flavors. Luckily the dairy-free chocolate is always on the menu. It’s very creamy and very chocolatey. He had a dairy free coffee ice cream sometime this past summer that was also amazing. Cute shop, very friendly and welcoming. Nice seating area inside and out.“

“We order lunch here often! The food is great. Pick up is easy! We went in for pick up this last Tuesday and Veronica and Caiden were working. They were short staffed, had a line waiting for them but managed to rock it with a smile! They were friendly and kept their crowd engaged talking as they busted out their orders under stress! “It’s been many years since I’ve been there. A little background is in order. I am originally from Chicago and traveled around the country for my job including New York City. I knew not to compare Pastrami Joes to delis in those areas. My wife got the Joes Club and said it was good. I had the Joes hot pastrami. It only had 3 slices of meat the were somewhat flavorless. I know costs have increased but for what it costs I really expected a little more in quality and flavor. We both had the lobster bisque and it was kind of sweet. If I do go back I will try a different more sizable sandwich.“

“Food was amazing! we did have an issue with the head cook bwing very unprofessional and yelling across the restaurant about a mix up with the food. And it says something too much when their own waitresses can say hes very unprofessional and thay he gives all of the waitresses a hard time.“

“November 2025. Finally tried the Wagyu (Short Rib) Pot Roast. VERY tender, as pot roast should be. Nice portion with veggies and potato. Demi sauce added nice enhancement to the beef without overpowering it. Hosts and manager Clara, Hailey, and Caleb welcomed me as if they were happy I chose to eat there. They sat me at a window seat, which felt like the first time I got to sit at the adult table on Thanksgiving! My server Mindy explained the new dish that sounded good but that I was afraid to try because it meant passing up other dishes I knew I loved. My risk was rewarded by a delicious and satisfying meal. Mindy was GREAT! The chef created an excellent take on a traditional pot roast. Great job! The staff honored my advance request to slightly chill a bottle of Cabernet. I won some money this weekend, but the food and especially the staff were the best part of my visit.“
