“They have really good wings. The chicken itself is really good and then the sauces and dry rubs are really good. I got their Garlic Parmesan and Mango Habanero and both were very good. I also got it with their sauce fries which had buffalo and ranch on them which was really good. I also had there cornbread and fudge sundae cheesecake both of which were very delicious. They also have a really unique and cool atmosphere for a wing place. Because it is a lot like a fast food joint, but with the classic bar / wing place vibe that makes it a cool place to eat or get take out since they make take out easy! Also their staff was super nice and friendly they were super helpful and gave me great suggestions. They also pointed out where I could save money which was nice. Such as they pointed out the student deal which is super nice especially for a college town. Students get 10% off. I could also tell that they cared that I enjoyed my food. Also another thing they did great was make my food fast which was super nice!“
“I can’t say enough good things about Brynn and the Saddleback BBQ catering team! We hired them to cater a pre-rodeo reception for donors and friends at the MSU Pavilion and couldn’t have been happier with the food. Brynn made the process so easy, from offering suggestions when it came to setting the menu, to setting up the day of, and following up after the event. The food was phenomenal, we had rave reviews from guests, and I personally can’t wait to bring family and friends to Saddleback for dinner so they can experience it as well. This definitely won’t be the last time we hire them for an event!“

The staff were exceptionally friendly and responded positively when I mentioned my prior experience, showing no offense to my feedback. They corrected my order and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Additionally, by signing up for their rewards program, you receive a $5 gift for your birthday and $10 after accumulating 100 points. It's refreshing to see someone acknowledge a mistake gracefully, without turning it into an argument—a rare quality in today's customer service.The boneless chicken was overcooked that I received tonight, resulting in a hard and dry texture. In contrast, the Valley sauce bone-in wings enjoyed on a different occasion, were flavorful and moist. However, the bottled barbecue sauce did not match the taste of the sauce used on the chicken. Despite these mixed experiences, the overall impression of the place was decent. However, the boneless wings, priced at $16.95 for 10 pieces, were disappointingly inedible, making it unlikely that I'll return soon.“
“I have lived in the area for several years, and drive past Dagwoods almost daily but had never tried it until yesterday. Wonderful food at a great price with great staff. I am personally not much of a sports fan so I didn't get anything out of having the games on, but I know that the main crowd is people watching various athletic events. Not my scene, but if you expect to go into a sports bar on a friday night and not have a game on, you are going to the wrong place! Food was great. We ordered the quintessential bar meal: a burger and fries, which was just spectacular. Two people getting a delicious meal for $18 bucks is unheard of in this city, but it happened here! We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.“

“I'm really here to boast about their banana pudding, but the service was great and food was good. We got wings and wedges before the banana pudding and the meal was definitely satisfactory all around. I've never had banana pudding cold, but it was almost like ice cream and delicious.“

I got some lava cakes for someone else and asked for the nutrition guide which they were able to provide right away which is a super big plus for anyone who might need to be aware of their allergies.
