“Went there this evening to get some takeout--a salad and two entrees. The person who waited on us was very helpful, guiding us through the online ordering process. And the food was sensational! A great salad, and my dinner a poke bowl with raw tuna, was so delicious I had to force myself to stop eating it even though I was full. My wife's dinner was also really tasty, and now we both have leftover that we're looking forward to. I can't believe we'd never been there before--the place is less than five minutes from our house. But we will be back soon, that's for sure!“

“I got the Chicken Shawarma Bowl and wow it was huge, and very tasty. One bowl could easily feed 2 adults. Everything was really fresh and tasted the like the shawarma I remember getting when I worked in Detroit. Lots of yummy garlic and pickles. Great stuff!“
“I reached out to Saddleback BBQ and Slice Pizza for catering for a large company event and they knocked it out of the park every step of the way! Brynn made sure we kept in touch throughout the planning process and modified our event order when needed. The day of the event, she arrived early with a crew of awesome helpers who showed awesome customer service the entire time! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh BBQ and all the sides - the mac and cheese was a huge hit! The Slice team brought out their mobile pizza oven and made fresh pies and breadsticks through the very end so everyone was able to get a hot meal. Dozens of people let me know how amazing the food was and we can’t recommend them enough!!“

“I don't know what I had today - it just looked good from across the counter. It was superb! Kept me going through a long afternoon of Christmas shopping. It was a big pita with spices, white cheese, olive oil and fresh chopped tomatoes. OMG. Soooo good!! Thank you, Reem!“

“I love Blaze Pizza! You walk up to the counter and the process begins. Pick your sauce, cheese, toppings and spices. You can see them put it in the brick oven. The whole restaurant smells delicious! In less than 10 minutes, you have a piping hot personal pizza! It's my favorite pizzareria!“

“Very busy. Excellent chicken. Great service. Great location in front of Okemos Meijer. Plenty of parking spaces, with all Meijer parking spots nearby.
Inside is clean and organized. There is a kids playing area as well.
Portion of the food can be larger though.“

“The food is good. I had the Tortelloni with shrimp. It is obviously mostly a takeout place. The dining room is consistently a mess. The atmosphere is fine but the cleanliness is typical of post COVID restaurants. I'm sure lack of staff is too blame.“

The team member who assisted us was one of the friendliest I’ve encountered in a long time—you can genuinely tell she enjoys what she does and has a true talent for customer service. “Tony is an excellent customer service rep. He suggested things, made sure the food came out hot and fresh. Thank me for my patience, even though it did not take long and they came out fresh. Highly recommend this place for the late night eats on south lansing. I'd highly recommend the new chicken pickled wrap. Just make sure you get the fried chicken in not the oven chicken.“
