“Phenomenal coffee & Great staff!!! A must stop in Milan Michigan!!“

“First, I'm in no way affiliated with the Milan McDonald's or any of its employees. I realize that the Milan McDonald's, along with many others, has been plagued over the past several years with employee shortages. This has certainly contributed to patron dissatisfaction, especially at certain times of the day. Unfortunately, the employees that do show up for work frequently receive undeserved criticism and even become the targets of insults and profanity. Although no employee of any company is perfect, those that are responsible enough to show up for work and offer a service should at least receive some credit for doing so. However, despite employee shortages, I believe the McDonald's and Milan Michigan is above average in many respects. This is the only restaurant that I patronize over 250 mornings a year on average. And there's a reason for that. Although the food may not always be as fresh as desired, the employees are always willing to exchange or somehow compensate the patron when asked to do so. For " regulars" like me, the staff typically goes the second mile to make sure that my order is correct and fresh. Sometimes they throw in a special perk, such as a free soft drink if the wait is abnormally long. Or allowing me to have free syrup even when my order did not include hot cakes. Although it's impossible to list all of the morning managers and employees by name, I extend well-deserved kudos to Casey, Amanda, Lisa, Shannon, Cheyenne, Kayla, Katie, Faith, Damien, Allison, Lily, Lindsey, Vicky, Ryan and others. All of these (and others) deserve far more credit than they get. Which is why I plan to patronize the Milan McDonald's for years to come. May God bless every employee at the Milan McDonald's.“

“The Boneheads in Willis is awesome. The wait people are great. The broasted chicken is to die for! Unfortunately, the Boneheads in Saline blows!“

“This is a very quaint place. Stayed in Dundee for a weekend visit to Ann Arbor. The two young ladies serving at the counter were great. I love the atmosphere/ vibe inside as well. Coffee is not bad. Good medium roast. I would recommend. The breakfast sandwiches are pretty good also.

“Not sure if they serve food, we go there for the frozen drinks, teas, Boba, etc. This was first time I visited Saline location, I usually go to Ann Arbor but parking stinks as it is UofM Campus area...That is why we visited Saline. It is a neat little strip mall atmosphere.“

“Staff was extremely kind! It was super busy this morning (and I suspect most mornings) so I opted to go in rather than waiting in the drive thru. Had a good experience. I know how hectic it can be working in a busy environment and I appreciate that the staff still chose to be kind, especially with how rough things can be. Definitely will be back in the future. As for the food, they’ve got a good selection and I tried the new chai latte and it was great. Quite spicy, in a good way! Prices aren’t too bad but a little on the higher side, however everything I’ve tried here has been good.“
