“Food is good, but I will never give 5 stars to a place that doesn't salt their French fries. Do not forget to ask for salt. When adding bacon to a burger, it's usually pretty undercooked. Other than that it's pretty good. Expensive though.“

“The food was awesome. I stopped on my way hom3 from the VA hospital and had a few custom orders for my wife and they had no issues with making them. She wanted a Ruben market fresh sandwich on a pita with no sauce and double sauerkraut. Everything was fresh and hot and the staff had a great attitude. I will be stopping by again. “First, I'm in no way affiliated with the Milan McDonald's or any of its employees. I realize that the Milan McDonald's, along with many others, has been plagued over the past several years with employee shortages. This has certainly contributed to patron dissatisfaction, especially at certain times of the day. Unfortunately, the employees that do show up for work frequently receive undeserved criticism and even become the targets of insults and profanity. Although no employee of any company is perfect, those that are responsible enough to show up for work and offer a service should at least receive some credit for doing so. However, despite employee shortages, I believe the McDonald's and Milan Michigan is above average in many respects. This is the only restaurant that I patronize over 250 mornings a year on average. And there's a reason for that. Although the food may not always be as fresh as desired, the employees are always willing to exchange or somehow compensate the patron when asked to do so. For " regulars" like me, the staff typically goes the second mile to make sure that my order is correct and fresh. Sometimes they throw in a special perk, such as a free soft drink if the wait is abnormally long. Or allowing me to have free syrup even when my order did not include hot cakes. Although it's impossible to list all of the morning managers and employees by name, I extend well-deserved kudos to Casey, Amanda, Lisa, Shannon, Cheyenne, Kayla, Katie, Faith, Damien, Allison, Lily, Lindsey, Vicky, Ryan and others. All of these (and others) deserve far more credit than they get. Which is why I plan to patronize the Milan McDonald's for years to come. May God bless every employee at the Milan McDonald's.“

“The staff at this Taco Bell was so kind to my husband and I tonight. We had had a rough evening leading up to our date night, and part of our order was not in stock. They really showered us with kindness and went above and beyond. Proud to call this our town ❤️“

“Yesterday was the first time we visited this fine restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the generous service, with the high quality food and wine and with the modest cost. We will absolutely come back in a short time.“

“I don't go to Arby's for food very often, however I do go to the gym near there. Here's what I like about Arby's. They keep the outside looking so nice. I watched an employee sweep the parking lot area, clean a mess off the sidewalk using a broom and hose, watering the plants and picking up the trash left behind by others. What a great example for all businesses to copy!
Hubby and I did enjoy an Arbys meal a few days after that.“

“Got a malt for the first time awhile ago and was extremely disappointed in the lack of malt taste. Next time I asked for a lot of malt and they got it perfect, I mean I couldn't have made it better myself! I hope this is how it is all the time now!“
