“Upper management needs to schedule more staff. With only 2 customers in front of me, I waited inside for an extremely long time before ordering. They have 1 person working the inside while 5 people are working the drive thru. Smarter people need to run this business!! The young man working the front was wonderful! “Wow, some of the best customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I rarely go to Tim Hortons because there aren't any near me, but my girlfriend and I decided to grab some panini sandwiches from here while passing through Michigan late at night. Randy was working there and he did such a good job on the food and even shared a laugh with me in the drive-thru over a joke I made. His positive demeanor makes me want to come to this location again. Bravo, Randy.“
“Let me start this off write (right). First of all I love me some Timothy but I never like his hashbrowns like ever. Today I gave them a try at the TA in Monroe and baybay let me tell you..... Mr. Horton did not disappoint. My hashbrown was crunchy, warm, and delicioso. no cap. hard stop. i was surprised in a good way. I would. the staff were smiling, and fast.
