“My mom and I stopped here for lunch on our way Upnorth. We almost didn’t go in when we pulled into the parking lot but, I’m glad we did! Seated right away, good selection of beers on tap, and the food, amazing. We had a pulled pork, smoked brisket, and bacon sandwich. The brisket was amazing and our server said they sell it by the pound. I would definitely go back here again and again. Great service too!”

Great beer and cocktails, great atmosphere and our bartender Megan was awesome! lots of things to do here as well. cornhole, darts, Foosball, and a whole wall of pinball machines. live music was a bonus ❤️. “In my unrelenting quest to find the most exquisite pizza ever created, I discovered Papa’s Pizza in Montague, MI. Arriving at this pizzeria felt like coming home with timeless décor, family games, and an ever-present charm. We ordered a smorgasbord of delectable treats. Starting with the Papa Whoppa, a sub with all the meats, it was especially wonderful thanks to their unique sauce, and the sandwich was perfectly toasted. The Super Pizza arrived next thanks to Papa Pizza’s unparalleled service. This pizza was beyond fantastic. The soft, thinner crust was wonderful, but the sauce with all toppings was the icing on this extra tasty pie. Waiting only a short time later, the Deluxe Cheese Deep Dish was delivered to our table. This pie was simply incredible. The star of the show was the molten cheese coupled with the tasty spices on top. Last but certainly not least, we had the Italian Bread, which when paired with their pizza sauce, was absolutely fantastic. Our experience was marvelous thanks to the entire Papa Pizza Crew.”

“New to the area, drove by this place a few time finally had a chance to stop in. So glad we did. We've been to several places in Montague and Whitehall during asparagus season, hands down this is a contender for best in town. The perch definitely holds the gold medal.

“Amazing good food at this mom n pop secret gem. The portions were huge! Service was excellent and only a short wait for table of 7. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will be returning. See pics of the food and the amazing bakery they have too! If you have not been and you're near the area I highly recommend you go. The kids meals are affordable and large portions and the kids loved them. We had a mix of breakfast and lunch foods.”

“Our waitress, left us for half an hour to 45 minutes with a water each and menus.I had go to the bar and get another waitress to help us because she acted like it was such an inconvenience to wait on us. We go here all the time, so it's not a direct reflection on the bar and grill, But that girl has 2 go, think this is the 2nd time she's done this to us.”

“Heads up for anyone looking at the online menu in 2025 they haven’t updated it yet but the prices of things have increased significantly. I ordered what would have been a $35 using te online prices but with the actual prices it turned out to be nearly $65”
