“First of all great menu selection, and great food. But wanted to give a shout of thanks and praise to the waitstaff and management. Our large group really appreciated the accommodating, super friendly nature of the staff. They made us feel like family. We did get there just before the dinner rush the 2 nights we visited but they were quick to accommodate our 12+ group the first night and 25+ group the 2nd night. Everyone loved their food and our vegetarians had a lot to choose from too. Each night one waitress took care of our group and it was astonishing how quickly our orders were taken and our food was received. Management checked in on us regularly with friendliness that warmed our hearts. Thank you to everyone at Johnny’s Pour House for taking such good care of our volunteer Kingdom Hall roofers- The High Vis Gang?“

“Waitress was very nice and fast. Restaurant was clean and pleasant. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is cause we got the buffet and the pancakes were hard from being on the warmer for such a long time. When someone came to add more pancakes they didn't take the hard ones away just put new ones on top.
Kid-friendliness: Brought out a highchair and moved us to a corner booth which was very appreciated when juggling two toddlers and a baby“

“It was the last day they were open before owners closed for their 2-week vacation. They should have let their employees keep it open while they were gone. We hope that when they return that all the same employees come back. It's hard to draw unemployment for 2 weeks.

“It’s interesting that all 3 of the number 1 ratings have been posted by a man who was asked to leave for inappropriate behavior. The police were called and he left before they arrived. He is banned from Skips. Skips is my go to place and his behavior added a sour note to an otherwise great evening “

“We hadn't been here in awhile. 10/21/24 prices had really jumped. For 2 burgers and a large fry $24. That's with water for beverage. They weren't busy just another table of customers. Food came very quick. Doubt we'd stop back. We were passing through the area“

“Using the APP, I order from the Bob Evans Birch Run location, from my work location at a Detroit school usually once a week or more. My husband picks it up in Birch Run as he works nearby. Our food is always ready for him when he walks in the door. If they have questions about our order, they call me for clarification. I can’t thank the managers enough who have had to take my calls to switch ASAP to 5:00 when I complete my order too quickly. I’d especially like to shout out to the wait staff who does a great job packing our order. My husband says everyone is always extremely friendly and quick to get his items so he can start the long drive home. A special shout out to Abby! Thanks for the note! 36 years ago I was also a waitress at Bob Evans at the now closed Waterford location. Wait staff is the heartbeat of the restaurant.“

“We stopped at Applebee's on Thursday, Nov 7th around noon. Our server was Richard. I've eaten in thousands of restaurants but I've never had a server as good or as attentive as Richard. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I hope the manager sees this. Thank you Richard. You deserve a raise!“

“Quality food and great service. Always stop by when I’m in the area. Get the Caesar Pita shredded chicken wrap. Local Michigan company, I’ve always been a fan, it’s one of the few places that is as good as I remembered it being as a kid.“

“One of my favorite places to come to every week! They have amazing servers and bar staff. Also, can't beat the atmosphere on a Thursday night with Blue Collar Cornhole running a tournament every Thursday. Couldn't recommend higher. Thank you Montrose Pub for having great entertainment all week!“
