“Only one person on staff, but he deserves MASSIVE praise! We went in at dinner time and a rush followed us. The man held his composure the entire time and never lost his smile, even when one gentleman told him he had five subs. The soda machine was out of all but 2 options, but I am also aware that they are likely waiting for their new machine. I do wish they had more options in the bottled beverages to make up for the lack of fountain, however.“

“I think all subways generally offer the same food items. Hudson Subway is generally pretty good on service and equipped with a friendly-natured staff. They do seem to have a lot of technical issues, which causes the store to close down during peak meal times. But I have yet to receive my order wrong or meet a disgruntled employee.“
