“Since it’s mainly a drive thru the inside is typically empty and therefore super fast to get your order. Place was clean and organized and staff was quick to assist and friendly. Really like the location being walking distance from hotel water park and you don’t have to overpay for food at the hotel. Nice short walk to get quality drinks and food.“
“I'm usually not the one to take to the internet about my service but I had a less than pleasant experience today. Not only was my cup half foam, but it was prepared with coconut milk when I requested almond milk. I work as a barista currently so I understand the busy lifestyle but idk this is pretty unacceptable. The manager was rude and pushed past me without saying excuse me as well. Customer service needs to be held to a higher standard here. I did not pay 11 dollars to get half a cup of a latte, that was served incorrectly and a wrap that was served lewk warm. I've had many many maaany pleasant experiences in the past, but recently it's been pretty poor. Hopefully I can have those experiences once again.“
“It's a Starbucks. Clearly understaffed, but a sweet gal behind the counter. One things for sure those Baristas don't get paid enough. I mean good lord if they sell 3 cake pops an hour it would cover $15 an hour for an employee. And in the 20 minutes I was there I watched 5 being sold on top of aplenty of there items (including, but not limited to my indulgent $20 bag of decaf). Just saying Starbucks. Maybe there wouldn't need to be so many protests or Unionized stores if you just did the right thing and put people over profit. #livingwage.“
