“I've been here before and it was excellent so my sister and I stopped in. My Texas Burger was one the best I've (cheese burger)ever had. It was perfect. My only complaint is that the booth upholstery seemed to need cleaning or perhaps an update but other than that it was very nice.“

“The food was awesome! I didn't get to take a picture of my chicken fingers or the burger. But holy moly the food was so so so so delicious! I would love to eat those foods every time! The service was amazing, the lady is so nice to us! I'm very glad she got to serve us. The building is a beautiful place! It is so spacious. I would definitely come back here again! I'm so glad that this place is here. And there is karaoke on Saturday at 9pm here. Anyone can sing. This is a good place to go to with family. I would definitely recommend to come here! “We ordered through DoorDash for our Valentines Day dinner. The food was soo good! I had the Ma's meatloaf and my boyfriend had the chicken breast dinner. We ate everything. I ate way too much, but couldn't stop! We also ordered the meatballs that were excellent. There were so many, we saved them for our dinner tonight. All the packaging was labeled, with a very nice note on the bag. I even asked for a special surprise that they honored. I won't say what it was because then everyone would be asking for it ?. Seriously, if the owner and staff see this, thank you so much. We will definitely be visiting the restaurant after our great experience and food through DoorDash. There are a lot of fun things to do at this Mt Clemens Jem like bowling, darts, pool, and getting drunk while listening to live entertainment late nights on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday's. Also you can watch your favorite sports on one of many TVs or catch up on the local and national news. They also have a jukebox if you feel like entertaining the bar with your favorite tunes. They have clean bathrooms. It was huge even the small portion is super big. 3 people can eat off the small one. And I ordered a French Onion Soup as well. I loved, definitely a must try again. “The Friday Perch Special now,...........ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. The Lake perch dinners have always been top notch. The batter was more of a nice light coating that was delicious as were the fries. Well fool me once I guess. I ordered two perch dinners last Friday for carry out because my wife is having a procedure done early this week and didn't want to be around crowds and figured it would nice to enjoy our favorite meal from Hamlin's. I opened the carry out container to find dark brown chunkies of thick hard batter and this dry fish. We only ate two pieces and the rest is getting tossed out..The reason behind fool me once is that what always has been Lake Perch is now a fish called Zander Perch and they raised the price. It's a big fish from far away lands. Look at there specials. I wish I would have instead of relying on memory.“
“The food here is amazing! I hate going to restaurants because it seems like all the food is the same and the food comes out bland. The rage tater tots are delicious, the bacon is actual cooked then crumbles bacon, the cheese sauce it steaming hot and the tater tots are perfectly crispy, I could not get these tater tots cooked to this level of perfection at home, they are that good. The corned beef is the best I have had anywhere, Turkey bacon wrap is also delicious. You can tell the food is made with intent and pride. A restaurant like this is really hard to find and I will be a repeat customer.“
