“We came here after visiting a new spot across the street. This restaurant came highly recommend by the bartenders. It was pretty busy for a cold Thursday night! We sat at the bar and I decided to order another drink. We wanted some food and decided on the Finwhich. It was described as "large"... perfect, we will split it. Well we weren't expecting what came out! Holy smokes. It wasn't large, it was huge! Like we didn't know how to even eat it. It came with a spicy sauce that was too hot for my taste buds, but the breading on the chicken was amazing! Also... pickles!!! I love pickles so this also made me happy. I didn't really eat any of it other than a bite. But it was so big that half needed to be boxed up to go! Our bartender was super friendly. We discussed her career options and we were able to give her a bit of advice on which route to take. She told us there is a second floor dining area that is only open on weekends and a rooftop bar that's open in the summer. I love rooftop bars so I can't wait to check it out! This downtown area is only 15 mins from my house so I'm sure we will be frequenting it this summer! Cheers!“
“Unfortunately while I loved the doorway and kitchen view I can't say I got a "real feel" for the atmosphere. That said the service was impeccable and the food delectable! I'd only add (of course out of my lane) maybe spice up the sauce, or hit up Gordon's food service for different types of chicken. Kinds of chicken that would complement the sauce you already have. Other than that amazingWheelchair accessibility: Ramp indoors impressively threw me off guard“
“Such a gem! This little spot in downtown Mount Clemens is such a great restaurant. The atmosphere is top notch, while it may seem small, it has two nice wings that bring you between bright and cozy to lowly lit and romantic. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Best cornbread I've ever had and their hush puppies are what hush puppies should be, at least this far north! Highly recommend you go and go again. The service was friendly and responsive too. Will definitely be going back myself!“
“Went to celebrate my aunts. 91st Birthday. We had a party of 8, and the service was efficient except we had 2 members who wanted separate bills and even reconfirmed, and the waiter agreed but did not accommodate them. Everybody's dinner was great. I call this place an upscale family diner be cause it has a nice bar area, but then the family diner feels in the restaurant area. The portions are always great, and the meals are like comfort food.“
“Little place tucked into a strip center just off I-94 on Harper. One man running the place on a Monday at noon. Had the local news on the TV in the corner. (I'm a news junkie so that's fine with me) Volume was a bit high but with the ambient sounds in the kitchen & his hearing issue, I'm not surprised.Got the 2 piece special which comes with fries (duh), coleslaw & a pair of hushpuppies.Fish was well cooked, hot but a little bland. Fries were unsalted ??(salt packets provided). Hushpuppies were very tasty, could've eaten a half dozen.Do wish the utensil wasn't a weak plastic fork. Made eating a bit of a chore. And the floor was sticky in some places.Vegetarian options: It's a fish & chips place, what vegetarian options?Parking: There are 10 spaces out frontWheelchair accessibility: Good amount of room for those using wheelchairs“
“Ordered to-go through Uber eats and the 3 cheese chicken penne had a slight issue (no chicken - but they fixed the issue for me very quickly and were very kind). The penne was so delicious though and so were the fall off the bone ribs! Great food, Yummy!!“
“The food and drinks here are really good. The food menu is small, which is probably why it's great. We sat at a high top by the window, which was nice, and I'm sure it's even better in the summertime. The dining room is small and probably fills up fast when it's busy. The food is on the expensive side, but you get a good size amount for it. I wouldn't go all the time, but I will definitely go again.“
