“Love this place! The food tastes homemade. Ordered their slim jim which has real ham sliced off the bone, (not lunchmeat), crispy lettuce, melted Swiss cheese, fresh tomatoes and mayonnaise on a delicious hogie type bun. The sandwich is large enough to take 1/2 home and it's just as good cold and right out of your fridge as it is when first ordered. I asked for "crispy" onion rings...they were crisped just right not greasy and the batter tasted homemade. They were unlike the out of freezer greasy fried in stale oil ones you usually get most other places. My friends ordered their burgers and raved about them. Their shakes are the best. The servers are very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely go back to try more items on their menu!“

“Numerous times now when I was at front of drive thru line, the car behind me has pulled up so close behind me that when they receive their order before mine they resort to blowing their horn at me or waving their arms wildly in all directions. Do these jackasses realize if they left ample space they could just pull out and drive away? Somehow it falls upon my shoulders that they lack the intelligence to think ahead? Anyhow, it really spoils the whole dining experience. I would like to suggest that you put a sign out front for cars to maintain 3-4’ in front of their car so they can maneuver, I don’t think people will be getting any smarter in the near future.“

“Never have had a bad burger from here. The servers are always great. This time around I had Kelsey who was just splendid. Always checking on all her tables very understanding and patient when another customer was having trouble with their prepaid Visa card. Had the food out as soon as it was ready you could tell because it was still hot.“

“We recently had burgers at Incredible Burger at Twelve Oaks Mall and absolutely loved the experience. The burgers were delicious, and a big plus for us was that everything is Zabiha halal, which made it even better.
Bilal took our order and was very welcoming—he even offered us free samples, which was a really nice touch. The service was great and the food quality matched it.

“Typically, we have a positive experience at the Culver’s in South Lyon. HOWEVER, after placing a simple drive thru order, we waited 25 minutes for the food. There were at least six other cars waiting for their orders as well. THEN, in checking the order before I drove away, I noticed the order was incomplete so went through the drive thru again. Took the manager two trips to our car BEFORE we had everything we ordered. For the delay and missing items, the manager shared two blue poker like chips and he said these are for your troubles today “boss” and walked away. It’ll be a while before we return!“
