The kitchen is very clean and well kept; it’s amazing to see how hard the few people in the kitchen work to craft 10/10 pizzas with unforgettable flavor. The food is as amazing as it is accommodating, many vegetarian items as well as in house made gluten free crust. The drink menu is filled with an extensive list of imported wines and craft cocktails (and mocktails) made with fresh ingredients and good quality liquor. Just like in the kitchen, you can tell the bartender(s) work efficiently to prepare every drink to perfection. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry and has high standards, this place has truly earned my 5 star rating.“

We had such a great lunch today at Casey's of Walled Lake! My mom, best friend, her daughter, my daughter, my nephew, and I all went around 1 PM on a Sunday, and surprisingly we had the place almost completely to ourselves. The atmosphere was honestly such a vibe — they have both indoor and outdoor seating, a cozy fire pit outside, and even a waterfall/koi pond feature in the corner that made it feel really relaxing and unique.

I ordered the breakfast burger with an egg cooked medium rare, and it came out PERFECTLY cooked. The table absolutely loved the fresh-cut chips, and the mozzarella moons tasted homemade and were delicious. We also got the pretzels, and my mom loved the sliders — especially the homemade pickles that came with them.

My best friend ordered the BBQ cheddar burger and said the barbecue sauce had the perfect tangy flavor. Huge bonus points for having Yuengling on draft, plus they had several signature cocktails that sounded amazing. I spotted a margarita with blueberry purée that I definitely want to come back and try. Sunday's kids eat free And they have keno.

The food was amazing and of course the ice cream is the best around, but the service was what made it truly special!“

“Shiro isn't your typical restaurant experience. Housed inside a beautiful old mansion in Novi, it has a unique atmosphere that's full of character. Our group of 10 was seated upstairs on the second floor at a large table, and the setting made the meal feel even more special.

The food was excellent, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for the quality. As the evening went on, the chandelier above us flickered a few times. Was it just old wiring? Probably. But I prefer to believe the mansion has a few friendly ghosts adding to the charm. 👻

“Where Browndog really stands out is their ice cream. I think it’s the more popular half of their business. I’ve gone multiple times throughout the last decade or so and always liked some of the interesting flavors they’ve had. When they first opened they had a spicy chocolate flavor but I didn’t see it this most recent time.

This was my first time eating a meal at Browndog. I wouldn’t say it’s anything particularly special. The prices, flavor, and service are all pretty average.“

She's the perfect mix of bartender, old friend and favorite neighbor…when she asks how you're doing, she actually listens to the answer…you walk in to grab dinner and end up staying longer because the conversation is too easy.

“I’ve been going to Masala in Novi for several years. Large and diverse menu that they really deliver on. (Many places fall flat: too many items to manage well. Not so here.) The South Lyon location is the star: bigger, nicer, albeit still a fast casual design. The good news is that this location is now doing specials each weekend. And they nail it. My knowledge of Indian cuisine is reasonably good but virtually everything on the special menu was new to me. What a discovery. Jenn and I will definitely be going back for more of those. Highly recommended.“
