Staff is very friendly, attentive, and well versed when talking about specials and menu items. The open kitchen and atmosphere really make the experience memorable. The kitchen is very clean and well kept; it’s amazing to see how hard the few people in the kitchen work to craft 10/10 pizzas with unforgettable flavor. The food is as amazing as it is accommodating, many vegetarian items as well as in house made gluten free crust. The drink menu is filled with an extensive list of imported wines and craft cocktails (and mocktails) made with fresh ingredients and good quality liquor. Just like in the kitchen, you can tell the bartender(s) work efficiently to prepare every drink to perfection. “Yes and No. Dinner here while at the hotel. My husband’s Alfredo was great. My braised short rib risotto was good, but the risotto part was way too salty and the chunks of mushrooms were extremely tough. We also had a cheese board that contained two (was supposed to be three) boring cheeses in tiny chunks, so hardly a cheeseboard two people could share. Also had super spicy chutney (yikes), a spicy mustard and some sliced baguette and hard crackers. Not much to it that was quality or would help a hungry visitor.“
