“Tried this place for the first time today! Rider was my server and he was absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable funny and sweet. Genuinely had such a good time just being in his presence and he was very attentive! Tried the flaming fig, although without the jam. Didn't personally find it too spicy without the jam, although my friend found it slightly spicy with the jam. Either way it was the most delicious grilled cheese ever. Great wine selection, and don't be afraid to try the espresso drink made with blood orange soda, it was very good! On the store side of things, there was a great selection of product and the service was great. Will definitely tell as many people as possible about this place and will come again!“

“MBTB is a local treasure! The atmosphere is welcoming and perfect for a date night, friends getting together, or even stopping in by yourself! They have something for everyone and the service has always been amazing. I love the commitment to Michigan products from the wine to the snacks all the way to the merchandise. “My fiancée and I had a really lovely Valentine’s dinner at Romolo. The interior was cozy, especially with the soft lighting and local art along the interior. It was lively for the holiday, but not cramped.
We started with drinks and the Fritto Misto(not pictured) which was excellent. I had the Rigatoni Lucanica for my entree. The sauce and fennel sausage had a nice heat to them from the banana peppers. It was unique compared to most Italian pasta dishes. My fiancée had the Costolette D’Angnello, which was on a whole other level. The lamb was cooked perfectly at medium rare, very tender and not gamey in the least. The polenta and greens were savory, as well.
They had a special dessert for the evening, Spumoni gelato covered in dark chocolate and pistachio crumbs. The appetizer and entree portions were generous, but we couldn’t say no to such a tempting dessert. The service was warm and attentive from all staff. We’d love to come back and try the pizza next time. Thank you for such a memorable evening!“

“Update: New owners, but the same wonderful hospitality. It was a pleasure to meet Sam and Taylor at the latest Pick Up Party; they have great plans for MBTB! MBTB always makes us feel welcome. We're Sipper Club members and it's worth joining - special pricing, special events and early notification of our favorite wines from wineries throughout Michigan. Snacks are available to purchase, but we sometimes take our own meat, cheese and fruit tray with us to enjoy there with our wine. It's a great place to meet up with friends too.“

“The food here is great. This was our 1st time here. We were here all the way from Wisconsin for an event and i asked who got the best soul food in town and was told to stop by Cornbread. Amazing food, and service, and the place was clean. The Staff went above the call of duty. Ms. Donya if you see this, you are a JEWEL! This lady was right on time with everything. We visited the restaurant on Friday upon arrival to Michigan and was the first customers on Sunday 11:30AM as we were leaving from Michigan to return home. Go here, you will not be disappointed. “On Friday, February 6, we went to Capitol Grille. It has been our “Go to” restaurant for birthdays and anniversaries for many years, except the disappointment of our absence during the repairs caused by the fire. The food is excellent, the service superb. This time, however, we went to celebrate a very special event. We had no intention of disclosing the purpose, except to tell them it was a very special event. The hostess that seated us, got my wife to disclose the event. Before we knew it, the Manager, Eric, came to our table, expressing congratulations, etc. Several others, some we knew, and others we did not, also came to our table to express their congratulations. Eric then returned a second time, with more kind words. “I went to Seasons 52 for a work lunch. Out waitress was really nice. I ordered a salmon salad and it was absolutely delicious. Fish was fresh and seasoned well. The salad was lite and refreshing. I would go back there to order that again. They also have a lunch menu where you can get a flatbread and either a soup or salad. Some of my coworkers ordered a flatbread and side salad, they had a lot of food. Everyone stayed their food was good. My salad was $23 and I didn’t have much left over but it was really good. Seasons 52 offer other dishes that also sounds really good.“

Service was honestly exceptional, the ventilation system actually kept the air clean, smallish humidor, but you can BYO sticks for a reasonable fee.

“We celebrated our Annniversary. The hostess and waitress acknowledged it. We had bbq shrimp and ceasar salad to start. I had twin 4oz filet with shrimp and my husband had 11oz filet. Side dishes were cream spinach( large enough portion) and sweet potatoe casserole in a tiny ramiken. This used to be an extra large portion. We were given Cheesecake to take home along with our leftovers. We were dressed in nice casual clothes. Many guests were wearing Michigan tshirts, Basketball tanks with shorts and other unappealing clothing for a lovely expensive dining establishment. The sign at the front that states business casual is ignored. This was are only dissapointment.“

“What a great dining experience here at Belle Limone! The experience kicked off with the staff kindly suggesting where my fiancée and I should park for the best prices as we were out of town. From there, we got to walk up to the restaurant which was so authentic, aesthetic and historic. The food was to die for, every dish was full of flavour! The staff were amazing as well as our waitress was so attentive, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!“
