“today me and my fiance got toast and jams take out for breakfast. we wanted one of those stay in your pajamas eat breakfast in bed type of days. the only thing that could have made it better is if they did delivery but I was fine picking it up because then I got to order a drink when I was there. I didn't see any drinks to order on the website but I might have just missed that completely that could be my fault but I was happy I went inside cuz I could get it to go coffee. haven't been in to toast and jams in quite some time but I was very impressed. it was super cute inside. I definitely want to go back and eat inside it was so adorable in there and a little area that they have to order drinks at off to the side is super cute. when I walked into toast and jams there was nobody at the door to greet me which was fine and that kind of looked around and was trying to figure out where to go to pick up my order. so I was walking around a little lost and the nicest server came up to me to put me in the right direction I believe she said her name was Miko. younger girl real cute had a hat on short hair shortish darker skin very pretty. anyways the server was such a joy. she stopped the work that she was doing to come up to me and point me in the right direction asked me if I needed help or needed to be set. told her I was picking up a to go order she pointed me in the right direction said she had to go check on a table but she would be back in a minute to make sure that I had everything I needed. I don't really think that was her job to be working the door I think she works the tables but I appreciate her taking her time out of her day to approach me and she was so polite and friendly I'll definitely come back in to eat and ask to sit in her section. food was amazing kitchen did a wonderful job I eat at a lot of breakfast places and this was really top notch good job kitchen. all around good experience I'll be back”

Would love to see The Big Meatball (name?) from former Salvatore's on the menu (a big meatball with red sauce/cheese in a baked, tender crust).”

“Special shoot-out to Mr. Scribs Pizza on Henry Street here in Muskegon for this delicious dinner. I would also like to point out that your packaging is very helpful to save leftover pizza. Simply cut the cardboard disk that the pizza is packed on, into 1/4 slices of the cardboard, and you can stack all the leftover pizza in 1 gallon ziplock bag. Lasts much longer or you can fold the delivery bag in half with tape, and use that as the container if you don’t have a Ziplock bag. Thank for making outstanding pizza and delivering it in a convenient way for your consumers to repurpose the packaging!”

“First time at G&L. Wow. Amazing food and service and such a fair price. Only $7.50 for 2 loaded chili dogs and fries. The chili cheese dogs were so delicious. The buns were soft and the chili was awesome. I highly recommend a stop. You will not be disappointed. I can’t wait to try the new smash burgers.”

“At the time we were sat the restaurant was busy so I thought it was understandable that out server didn't visit our table immediately. After sitting there for roughly fifteen minutes the server stopped and took our drink and food orders. After another 15 minutes we had yet to receive our drinks, just two waters, so I flagged down another staff member who was bussing the table behind us and asked if she would be able to get us some waters because our server was busy with a big table. She brought us our waters and went to see if our food was ready when she returned she informed us that our server had never put our order in. She made sure that it was submitted and we got our food shortly afterwards. The busser displayed amazing customer service skills and was apologetic for a mistake that wasn't even her own. I don't recall our server ever actually apologizing. Ended up tipping the busser instead of our server because she actually is the one who ended up doing everything. Food was good, our waiter was bad, the busser was amazing and saved the day.”

“The two girls working at the very busy Harvey St location this morning, did an amazing job. My son went in to try and get a color changing cup because I am so sick today. He purchased his drinks and received a cup for me. I'm so grateful! He waited a long time and was very patient because of how incredibly busy these two girls were. He said they did a really good job. I've always loved Biggby better than that "other" coffee shop ⭐. Now I love them even more! Biggby coffee is my happy place. ☺️”
