“I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Moe’s on 10. Seriously top notch customer service, and awesome food too! We were hosting a brunch for 14 people for our daughter’s first communion celebration and I was having a terrible time finding a place for brunch on a Saturday for the group of our size…we were too small of a group for most restaurants private dining rooms (most minimums were for 20 people) and too big for just regular reservations…or the place only did brunch on Sundays…I started looking on the local community pages for recommendations of new places I hadn’t heard of and I saw a comment about Moe’s on 10. I checked out social media and the website and read reviews of people who had similar size parties and decided to give it a test run that Saturday. Our first time there was just the three of us, we were immediately pleased when we walked in the door and were greeted right away by multiple staff members. So friendly! We were sat down very quickly in a nice booth and received very prompt service from Michael. He was very attentive and welcoming. The food at the brunch buffet was hot and fresh with all the standards and then some. The gentleman working the omelette and waffle station provided wonderful service and made fantastic food, delivering right to your table. At the end of our meal (our 8 year old loved everything she had) I inquired with Michael about their availability to accommodate our group and he was very eager to help and assured me they could absolutely take our party. I was ecstatic. The week of our daughter’s first communion I called the restaurant to see about some special requests I had for our reservation. Michael helped me out again and was just a delight to work with. Seriously so accommodating. The night before our party I dropped off some flower vases and picture frames to go on the table. We were again greeted by super friendly staff and helped right away. The day of our party we walked in and everything was setup up beautifully and ready to go. Our party members made comment about how nice and clean the place was and everyone raved about the food and service. Our server took great care of our large group. And again, the gentleman working the made to order station nailed it. He took excellent care of everyone in our group and was so great with the kids, we had 5 of them under 10. They loved their mini waffles! And to top everything off, their prices are sooo reasonable! Moe’s earned some devoted customers in our family. You can totally feel the family atmosphere and how much they care for their customers, and the food is amazing too!“

However, dear business owner, I am not impressed with the 2 young ladies running your shop as I write this review. I placed my order online and received an auto responder telling me that my two juices would be ready in 20 minutes. A fairly long wait but I ran another errand and arrived at your store 25 minutes later to pick up my order. The two young ladies who were sitting around with no customers in the store had not even noticed that an order had been placed. So, I had to wait even longer while they prepared my order. They were reasonably efficient at making my juices. Nonetheless, it was not the quick in-and-out experience that one would hope for.“

“I have been a long standing customer here. Food has always been great and the chef is really nice. However, lately the waitress taking our orders has been very rude. She throws the menu at you and looks upset you are even there. Again, food is amazing and we keep going back because of it but the experience lately has been very poor.“

Almost too many options my husband said. They had flurries, ice cream, shakes, frozen yogurt, frozen drinks, frozen coffee, and even physical ice cream packages. They had so many flavors as well. I personally loved how many options they had. I got the frozen yogurt with salted caramel and my husband got strawberry shortcake flurry. There was actual strawberry shortcake in the flurry! “Okay, overall. Revisited this place after many years. So my review is based on my previous many visits here.

Food was good. But felt the minestrone soup kind of lacked the taste. Then the main course which had basil pesto mentioned in it however on the plate it was more of a topping. Felt it missed the generous amount usually they gave earlier. Also saw that they removed the pesto sauce from the "create your own pasta". Earlier the breads always arrived much before the soup did, but this time they came much later (not good). Also it used to be 5 in the basket but now we got only 3!!

Our waiter was fine. He was polite and courteous. We had a wait of about 10 mins and I observed that there were many booths free, perhaps less staff available today..

“They need more servers or something. A 2 hour wait, but after being seated, we were in the restaurant for over 3 hours. Our waitress was HUSTLING. She had so many tables and trying to balance them all must have been insane. We were waiting alot but we could see she was busy helping others. We didn't need to be there over 3 hours, but at the end we were SO ready to GO. If there were more servers, or people designated for tasks, such as cashiers, perhaps we wouldn't have needed to wait so long for every step, and perhaps there wouldn't always be a 2 hour wait to get in... Between waiting to order, waiting for drinks, waiting for the food, waiting for menus to order cheesecake, waiting for cheesecake, waiting to ask for and then waiting for boxes, then bills, waiting for her to come back to take the bills, waiting for her to check us out, it was ALOT of waiting.
