However, the service was very fast and the employee named Mike, greeted every single person with a smile and ensured that each person received their order promptly. His kindness and positive attitude absolutely made my day. All of the staff that I’ve interacted with at that location are friendly and efficient.“

“I’ve never had a bad experience here. However, I don’t like that the older lady at the drive thru window with the dirty blue gloves touches everyone’s cup with those gloves around the lid. We have to put our mouths on the cup to drink our beverages! Please stop!“

“When you walk in you can feel the “family” vibe in the air, Shibam has very welcoming and professional staff, delicious drinks and sweets from diff varieties.

My order was taken by a young gentleman by the name of Mohammed Al Shebli who was in the midst of making another order. A couple minutes later our drinks are out and we were apologized to by Moe Al Shebli
