“I was picking up my breakfast before I hit work in the drive through, Zack was helping me out. He greeted me very well with a very high/smiling tone. He also told me a quick joke. I wanted to mention him, I haven’t seen a great customer service like this in a long time anywhere. That tells me that he is trying so hard to do his job not sounding like a robot or an employee who doesn’t care. Keep up the hard work Zack.“

“Went through the drive through for a quick late breakfast. Got it quick fresh and they even gave all the condiments without asking so if I wanted them I could use them! The staff was also super friendly! Arguably the best mcdons experience I’ve had and I don’t leave reviews so it’s saying a lot“

“When you walk in you can feel the “family” vibe in the air, Shibam has very welcoming and professional staff, delicious drinks and sweets from diff varieties.

My order was taken by a young gentleman by the name of Mohammed Al Shebli who was in the midst of making another order. A couple minutes later our drinks are out and we were apologized to by Moe Al Shebli
