“We came here for our anniversary and we will definitely be going back! The service was amazing, our waiter was very friendly and helpful. The food was so good, I got salmon and ordered a second one to go, my husband ordered steak and a lobster tail and he was very pleased. We sat outside and ate and it wasn't too noisy or too much going on. Great experience, great service and great food, the bill wasn't outrageous either. We both agreed that this is a place that's worth visiting often. I highly recommend going there if you haven't already been.“

Randomly came across Gaijin late night after leaving Go! Comedy Ferndale.
I was ecstatic when they had 80s video karaoke when I walked in!!
The owner Remy is great! I told him to surprise me with some ramen & a roll. They were both amazing!

One thing I’ve seen a lot on TV and in movies is chicken katsu. I was pleasantly surprised by the diversity of the staff. The head chef and owner is Japanese-American, the sous chefs are Latino-American, and the hostess was a nice young Indian-American lady. This kind of diversity is the beauty of newer mom and pop stores. To see this makes me feel welcome and right at home. The lovely sister who tended to my order Ms. Ria was so kind I made sure to leave her a tip😊 and I told her thanks. The interior had traditional Japanese decorations and beautiful works of art both inside and outside the store. The feeling was lovely all of the way around. “Its just a small sushi shop with, you guessed it, sushi! I enjoyed the meal, it was simple. Gyoza, cancun rolls, spicy California, and lemonade. Its a cute little place. I went in the afternoon to eat. Not many people there. My overall dining experience was cozy with good food. I did eat by myself and paid almost 40$“

“I love this restaurant. This restaurant is Korean also the food was very authentic. We ordered the bibimbap and yookaejang soup. We also had an appetizer of the dumplings and they were delicious as well.
