“I have a sister-in-law from Otsego that brought down the wonderful incredibly phenomenal blueberry cinnamon buns and I would highly recommend those best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had and now coming from Paw Paw to head to Otsego just to go there and experience more of their food. I can’t imagine if you pass this one up don’t and any opportunity you have be sure to go there ,You will not regret it.“

“Previously had multiple terrible experiences at this Dunkin location. Today I went through the drive through and talked to 2 (I’m assuming new) workers who I hadn’t seen before. From the moment I pulled up to the moment I left the two employees working there were so sweet, helpful, and overall amazing people. (Dakota and McKenzie) they absolutely deserve the acknowledgement for turning this location around and hopefully it continues going up from there!“

“Plainwell is my hometown go-to Starbucks and while not all the baristas go above and beyond at this location, one tends to stand out. Barista named Shelby is always friendly, knowledgeable with different drink recommendations and an overall hard worker who tends to work circles around the others who seem to be catching up on daily events and gossiping about other customers. I frequent Starbucks locations coast to coast due to work and I can only hope Starbucks realizes what a gem they have in Shelby.“

“I've been to this location twice and each time I went in to order. The 1st time the cashier was so sweet and helpful and suggested modifications to my order and let me know about the Friday deal they offer. The 2nd time they cashier was not very friendly and she acted like doing her job was inconvenient for her. I would enjoy to return when the 1st lady is there.“

“I got an apple fritter today and was very disappointed, only had about 4 pieces of apple in it and the center of the fritter was still doughy/undercooked. This is the 2nd time I had an undercooked apple fritter with very little apples. The long johns that I ordered were perfect.“
