“I’m from the Lansing area. My family and I stopped at this Arby’s on the way home from Chicago. It was delicious! The best Arby’s I have had in probably 10 years. It was so good I actually rang the bell upon leaving to let them know they did a good job (which embarrassed my teenager lol).“

“I placed my order under the impression that it was gonna come out like I’ve had it at other locations but was mislead, I was gaslighted into thinking the order was made right but upon my friend receiving the same order I came to a realization my order was made incorrect, in conclusion I was angry and confused but Alissa ( sorry if it’s misspelled) helped correct my order and helped me understand the situation more she was truly fantastic she is a fine example of keeping a situation managed and deserves a raise“

“Stopped on the drive to Chicago. The girl with the red hair was SOOOO nice. Not just to us but everyone who came through the door. She was an extremely smiley and helpful. We were only in there for about 5 minutes but my sister and I both got in the car and said how nice she was. She made a great influence on us in a short amount of time.“
