This is the only time I've ever had a not-so-good Jimmy John's sub. Bread was stale, and the person making the #8 put barely any Dijon on the sub. I've had this Jimmy John's sandwich many times, in Michigan, Florida, and Canada, and know how good it usually is. Definitely not up to standard. Employees were not the friendliest. Seems everyone is very grumpy after a long winter in this town.
This location is freaky slow. I do not recommend. I've only been a handful of times but my order has been wrong twice. The wait time is extremely long and the turn over in staff is obvious.

I wish they had not started charging more especially for the combo meals but I understand prices are on the rise due to inflation which isn't fair hopefully soon it'll all dissolve. I wish they had a no ice button on the app when you order so that way it doesn't need to be called in just for that and I believe their hours have changed hopefully they'll update it soon but rather than those three things they are nice to have around especially downtown.
