“I didn't know until recently that you can eat at the cafe without paying the entrance fee for the museum. Ordered bacon burger with fries and it was amazing! It is definitely in the running for the best burger in town. It isn't cheap but nothing really is any more. Atmosphere can't be beat. Sat at a table near the wall on the balcony and enjoyed the museum offerings while we ate. will def go back.“

“For the Westnedge, portage MI Location:: Amazing service!!! The guys here are so helpful, kind, and just overall wonderful! HUGE shout out to Kaydon, Luke, and Tony!!!!! Those three work so hard and are VERY nice! I will always continue to come here for my tires, especially with Kaydon and Luke working! Those guys will take care of you, your tires, and are so friendly while doing so!! Only wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!“

“Baristas are always helpful and kind! A friend and I went through the drive thru yesterday and when we got to the counter to pay, the barista told me it was on him. He had heard me saying I was having a terrible day and wanted to make my day with free coffee. It was so sweet & unexpected!“

“Came here to grab coffee and breakfast. Drive thru line was long, so I went inside. There were 3 people working (from what I could see), and all 3 of them were on top of it. Drive thru line was constantly moving, they were polite and took my order inside quickly. Friendly, fast service. 10/10 would recommend this Biggby. I ordered a 24oz Mocha Mocha (?) and a sausage egg and cheese bragel on an everything bagel.“

“I went there this morning at like 6:50/7 am ish, I just moved here from a smaller area and the girls this morning were great. My sandwhich was cut in half?? I don’t know if that’s a bigby standard or if my location back home was lacking but I was AMAZED by that. And my mock tail tasted different than usual, which is outstanding it’s so much better than my normal location. The 2 girls that were working did so well with making my items and I’m definitely coming back. The little things matter and this place definitely made it a great experience enjoying my food, they for sure deserve a performance bonus!❤️“
