“Bab El Salam is my favorite restaurant. The food tastes wonderful and is served by warm and friendly people. My family has been eating there for almost 7 years now and have never had an unpleasant experience. “I had an absolutely delightful experience at Y’OPA Frozen Yogurt during my visit to Portage, Michigan! As a tourist, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the incredible customer service from Kenisha truly elevated the entire experience. She was incredibly warm, patient, and knowledgeable, guiding my boyfriend and me through all the available frozen yogurt flavors with detailed and enthusiastic descriptions. Her helpful suggestions made us even more excited to create our own custom treats!
The staff’s friendliness and the whimsical, delectable flavors of the frozen dessert made this visit unforgettable. It was such a fun and tasty way to cap off our day. Thank you, Y’OPA, for a memorable and delicious treat, we’ll definitely be back!“

“Like a Chipotle, only healthier with more variety to choose from. Service was friendly and quick. Tried the tuna poke bowl and the ingredients looked and tasted fresh, atmosphere is clean and what you'd expect at a fast casual dining place, nothing fancy. Would go back for more.“

“I just wanted to enjoy a nice meal with my mother and my daughter. This guy Michael made it impossible. He bragged about how he didn’t have to write the order down but then messed everything up. He was rude to my daughter when she politely asked for a refill. We had to wait for our food while he just chatted with his coworkers. He refused to take my credit card and insisted on us using the table tablet. Maybe the guy was having a bad day but it’s still not acceptable to behave like that.“

“My husband and I went for lunch on Valentine’s Day we love Red Robin’s food is always great our server Diamond Was an excellent waitress very attentive made sure we had refills made also made sure we were happy with our food the only complaint I have is that the supervisors were just standing around never table touched I think table touching is very important for a manager/ supervisor especially on a holiday other than that excellent experience“

“Food and service were excellent. We did priority seating and were seated immediately when our party arrived. The only suggestion I have is maybe some acoustic tiles installed would decrease the noise level. It was hard to have a conversation because of the noise level.“
