“Has always been a solid option, however my wife and I were in for dinner at 8pm last Tuesday and the service and food was sub par at best. There was Zero hustle in the restaurant, claimed they were busy but the patio was maybe 3/4 full, and we were one of 4 tables inside. The vibe was completely off. Multiple servers staring at each other, while it took tables 10+ minutes to be acknowledged and have the server come to the table. Had a view of the kitchen, and there was zero hustle there either. It seemed like no one wanted to be there. Food was not good and almost inedible. We didn’t even bother complaining. If this were my first time there, I would never go back. However I know that it’s not normal. We were highly disappointed.“

“Everything about our experience was 5 star except their completely lame priority seating concept. Who ever came up with that should be shot. If I make a reservation with a restaurant for a specific time then I expect them to honor that time and not tell me it's a 45 minute wait because I really didn't make a reservation (which I did), they said they really don't except reservations just priority seating. That's BS, then why are they on Open Table?“
