“This is a great subway. Staff is very friendly. THIS SUBWAY DOES NOT HAVE A DRIVE THRU. I think some people are confusing this subway with the one in Romeo by m-53. Ignore any reviews that talk about a drive thru because they are about a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SUBWAY.“

“OMG, I went here with my husband and I wasn’t even hungry, but when I went in I saw they had a caprese sub. So I decided I would get it for later. Once my husband cracked into his Italian sub I was like “Okay I will try mine”. Wowza, seriously the best dang sub I have ever had!!! The staff was so attentive, friendly and quick. The desserts looked wonderful. I snagged a tiramisu and can’t wait to try it. We HIGHLY recommend. AAA+++“

“My favorite cold sub is the #9 Club Supreme. And in the hot subs, the #15 Meatball and #18 Chicken parm are really good. They do a really great job and the "Mike's Way" with the oil and spices creates a flavor I don't get anywhere else.“

“I have gotten Firehouse catered for several meetings and a very large event. Sunny and Rita are always so great and accommodating, as well as on time when I get the catering delivered. Everytime I have ordered I get outstanding service, great communication, and our staff always loves the subs. This is also one of the only places I know with gluten free bread that is actually good. Highly recommend for lunch or a catering!“

“Tubby’s always has good food. The service was above and beyond though. I had a large party order and showed up early for pick up. The Tubby’s team accommodated me, even though I was early, and were very cognizant of my event (food going to multiple locations). They packed all my food to make it easier for me to deliver to all my locations. It wasn’t something they had to do, but it was so appreciated. I’ll certainly go back again, personally, but also use them for future corporate events because they were so helpful and caring. “My favorite sub is the Italian and Jersey Mike's is the BEST I've ever eaten. The meat is really high quality and the ham is especially very flavorful. The first time I ever got one, I was astonished at the amount of meat they put on them...I couldn't hardly bite into it, lol. I especially like that they cook their own roast beef right there and slice it as needed, as well as bake their own sub rolls...you can't get fresher than that!!!“

“Love your sandwiches and I get them at least once a week! But so disappointed today :(. Drive to my normal location on hall and Hayes and found out they were closed for remodeling. So drove to Macomb location. I normally pay close attention while subs are made to correct issues but today I was getting pushed into paying before my subs were made. Sadly I got home and it was wrong :(. Ordered three subs total. 2 of three were not what was requested. ie wrong bread, missing mikes way dressing etc. one of the kids subs was completely smashed. it was obvious new employees were working and I’m not totally blaming them. Moving forward I will make sure I watch my sandwiches being made and wont get rushed to the register. I paid a lot for these sandwiches and expect to get what I ordered.“

“I had a great experience at the Subway in Shelby Township, Michigan. I ordered the Italian B.M.T., and it was made perfectly — fresh bread, quality meats, and loaded with all the veggies I like. Everything tasted super fresh and well-balanced.
